“I just got off at 12 hr night shift. Was super irritated at life by 9am after being up and having to do laundry. The attendants for one are awesome Helpful and kind. The prices for one are incredible. I just did about 12 loads of laundry washed and dried for around $20 and done in an hr. The place is clean and well kept. You can tell the people who work here take pride in it. I used to go right down the street and it used to cost me $70 and about 4 hrs to do the exact same thing with the worst customer experience on the planet. By the time I left splash my mood had completely changed. Im able to sleep before my next shift and im sooooo thankful for this place. Thank you guys for your hard work it is very much appreciated. And being affordable. Ive never done 12 loads of laundry and left in a better mood until today. You are the only place ill be going to. ?”

“I must say this laundry mat is very convenient for me and my family. It’s five minutes from my place first off. It was hard finding a good/affordable laundry mat since I moved. The person at front (Mr.Walle) greeted us very kindly and was helpful to us the whole time. Definitely a kind soul. I went to the second biggest washer with two laundry bags full of 2 weeks worth of clothes. The establishment offers debit card or credit card payments, which helps if you don’t carry cash like me. The second to biggest washer cost $8.00 for hot normal wash. The price varies if you want by cold, hot, warm,extra wash and so on. The prices are still accommodating. The dryers are only 50 cents for 10 minutes of drying. I used two big dryers for 30 min and 1 big dryer for 20 minutes and it cost $4 total to dry. I spent $16.00 to wash and $4 to dry In total I spent $20. Not a bad price for two weeks worth of clothes. Not to mention the dryers and washer are clean and the floor cleaner than most I’ve been to along with the bathroom and the tables which I used to wipe before I used them. 10/10 experience would recommend for any.”

“I went to this place earlier today because my son's suit needed to be pressed. I knew that I was coming in at the last minute, so I offered to pay more to have them expedite the services.The young lady at the front counter Told me that I could come in right away, they could get it taken care of for me. Since I was only a mile away, I got there about five minutes. Not only did they immediately press my son's suit, they didn't even charge me extra for it. The lady at the front counter was excellent. I will definitely be giving them all of my business. Five stars all the way.”
“My coat was returned looking better than when I bought it new at the store, and that's not an exaggeration. They worked with my time constraint and provided quality, friendly service. “Open late, needed to dry clothes as dryer decided to quit on me. Fairly priced.....seemed safe enough environment since it was quite dark out now at 7pm! Oh, the dryers that did work worked awesome ? only put in 2 quarters and clothes were super dry!!”

“My go to place. Close to home, just $7-$8 by Uber. Very clean, the attendant is a sweet elderly lady who is always cleaning, she's got more energy then a lot of younger people. The added plus is that its about a block from Dollar General, perfect if you need detergent, softner, need to check off some stuff from your shopping list or just want to kill some time while the clothes dry. Gasoline station is right there too. Very convenient and different sized washing machines is def a plus!”

“I have been unable to get my laundry done myself due to illness and it really built up! I had no idea how I was going to ever get it done. I called multiple places but many don’t wash clothes but luckily I called Quinn’s laundry and spoke with the kindest young lady and she said they could do it and answered all my questions without rushing me!! I went in this morning and was met by 4 of the kindest people ever! No judgement, no frustration just said they would get it done! Mind you for me it would’ve probably been 10+ loads but unbelievably the amazing gentleman called me 2 hours later and said it was all done!! I went to get it and he had taken the time to put it all in small bags making it so much easier for me to carry inside!! I cannot say enough good things about these incredible 5 people!!! “Difficult to find a laundromat in Midtown KC that doesn't have some problems. I went around 11AM on a Wednesday and had a great experience. This place is clean and the prices for front loading washers are reasonable. Same with the dryers.
The owner came around and told me he appreciates my business. That counts for something with me. I will make this my regular laundry stop”
“I had a bridesmaid dress that I was ready to sell cleaned at Ida's. Usually, I go to another dry cleaner, but opted for Ida's because they were able to have the item ready two days earlier. The dress was ready when I arrived and they did a great job, but the cost was nearly double what I've paid in the past for cleaning on formal dresses - granted I didn't ask when I dropped it off as I never anticipated it'd be so high. I will probably stick with what I know next time, but if you're in a time crunch and money is not a problem, this place will get the job done.”
