This program is unprofessional.. I can only image how they treat the children because they have absolutely no respect for the parents. They allow parents to disrespect other parents in front of everyone. The president is rude & takes power of authority by threatening your child’s placement if you do not agree with her terms. The staff who works for the program are not trustworthy, they make false reportings and when you do try to explain something to them they disregard with a “it’s our way or the highway” attitude. My child has to go to another elementary school outside or his assigned school to attend this program which is not my choice, but because I need before and after school care due to work, you have to accept the the poorly structured program they have. I tried to use YMCA as a resource but they do not have partnerships with many of the center school district schools. LINC needs to be restructured and their coordinators are properly trained. I am currently trying to find a way to adjust my schedule so that my child can be a car rider and not attend this program but until then, we are stuck with this. I hope they offer more free programs than just LINC for center school district

The program itself is great but the staff and the people who run it are AWFUL! My child used to love going to Linc. Until Mrs Rosie at Butcher-Green started segregating her for not wearing a mask and projecting her fear onto my child. When I reached out to the higher up ppl, my child was called a liar by Janet Miles and Jason Ervin. I reached out to Gail Hoobs over 2 weeks ago now and still no response from her. She had somebody from HR contact me instead who has told me for over a week now that he is conducting an investigation. Also told me that my child can not come back to Linc. When I asked why he refused to answer my question. I pulled her out myself but for them to tell me she cant come back when she has done absolutely nothing wrong is ridiculous and more segregating. I have contacted the news stations at this point and I heard back from 1 station who is interested in speaking with me. He said this isnt the first time they have been contacted about this program. I think they think if they just put this off as long as possible that I will just go away obviously they dont know me. Lol. I'll always fight for and defend my INNOCENT 7 year old against adult bullies. And that's exactly what they are. Adult bullies.

My kids hates it. The new staffs are young and doesn't care about the students. I had numerous talks with the staffs. My kids comes home with black eyes and busted lips and had not one phone call from them to let me know what happened. I went to pick uo my kids and was standing behind 2 staffs which didn't see me. One of my kids told them that he was being harrassed, picked on and being bullied. The words came out of the staff's mouth was, "suck it up..." I went to talk to the head staff and complained to him about all that was going on and why no one was calling me about any of the incidents. Andd he said that they don't have to notify me about anything. So when I asked him when are they supposed to call me...when they're dead or in the hospital? The head of the staff said, "Yes, that's when we'll call you."To be honset, LINC is a great program. The staffs needs to start caring or find another job. If this keeps up, I will take legal action. I have documented all incidents since summer school. When calling the head office and leaving messages. I still have not received any returning phone calls. They said that they care about the children...yeah right...anly when It's convenient for them...
