This store is a mess. The staff are absent from their departments therefore many things are not in stock and getting something that is locked up is a challenge. Outside lawn and garden is covered in garbage around the racking. The lumber area is a mess from the pro entrance and beyond. Overall, this place lacks leadership in my opinion. Lowe’s lost another customer today. I will be going to the Home Depot down the street or Menards from now on. Those stores are in stock and feel fresh and clean when I shop there. If a store manager cannot ensure that the basics are being done, what else is being missed?

Lowe’s on South on Stateline is a great store for a range of products. I recently needed a window squeegee, they had four to choose from! Not just one and off you go. The thing I like about Lowe’s, selection, they almost always have a good selection of what project thing I’m looking for! Keeps me going back!

DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES THROUGH LOWES. I purchased a washer and dryer through this location and the customer service has been awful.When the set was delivered the installers left a hose unplugged and turned the water back on flooding the lower level of my house. The washer also did not work. They sent some one to take a look and said it was connected properly so the non-english speaking driver wanted to take the machine back.I asked to bring a new one and then take the non-working one they installed. They refused.I went to the store and spoke to the manager directly. I was informed that they could not help at all becuase they contract out deliveries and installations. They also could not refund my money until the picked up the equipment (5 days later) if I wanted to purchase from somewhere else.I purchased from this store on 11/27/23. As of 1/8/24 I am still trying to get in touch with their claims department to have repairs made for the water damage.
