Lost my pants, took months to get a hold of someone to make a claim. I was told they would send me a check.It's been a month since they said they would send a check.Only go here if you want your clothes to get lost and pay for it.

Do not take your UPS packages here. Worker was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Sign on window said go to Drive Thru and it was blocked by a delivery truck. Store not considerate of customer's time.

Terrible customer service, somehow my phone number got attached to someone's account. Trying to be nice I called In multiple times (6) to make sure their customer was notified that their clothes were ready. I was never able to get in touch with someone even after I left a voice mail. So if you are reading this Kelly, your Suit jacket and dress slacks are ready for pick up.

I took in my wool U.S. Navy unit cap to have it cleaned before I stored it for good. It was still in excellent shape except for some perspiration and salt residue. When I picked it up and finally took it out of the packaging I was almost heartbroken. It looked like it had had a VERY stiff brush taken to the entire cap! Some of the gold embroidered lettering was now gone and nap was totally gone - it now looked almost threadbare! I sent Mayfair an email which they never responded to, and I posted to their Facebook page which they promptly deleted. This treasured memento of my eight years of service has all but been destroyed. It may have meant nothing to them but it certainly did to me! I'll be damned if I let them get their hands on my dress blues before they go in the cedar chest!cap

Need to update hours online. Door says they close at 5 but 7 online? I use them as a pickup point for packages so was disappointed to see you were closed after I was off. I work 8-5

Been going here for years, and I dropped off a Sheepskin rug for cleaning in April. I was told it could take awhile. After a month, I called back to check on status, and they lost my rug. It's been 4 months, and no one will talk with me or address my lost item. This is unacceptable. I would be wary of this company and will not use them again.UPDATE 2/24/2022: Its been 10 months, and the owner or other upper management never contacted me. Tried to file claim for lost item, and was gaslighted by Phobe for only partial the worth of item; never received anything for my lost item. I have to be resolved that my rug is gone and this company couldn't care less. Be wary if you have any problems with Mayfair, because you'll be screwed. My next step is to call the I-Team at KSHB.

Very disappointed in Mayfair. I've used them before without issue and therefore entrusted them to dry clean a suit before a wedding in August 2021. Unfortunately the jacket was scorched and the suit ruined forcing me to buy a replacement within 48 hours of the wedding. (Luckily I found the only similar suit in all of KC and bought it, I still need to pay to have it altered as there was no time pre-wedding and I'm no longer local in KC) Mayfair apologized for the mistake and committed to a resolution by covering the cost of the replacement suit. It's been nearly two months of outreach, always me to them, and despite commitments I've yet to see any restitution for this. I have called, I have emailed, I have texted, I have used the website contact form, I provided a hard copy of the receipt to the store and multiple digital copies to no avail. At their request I have provided my PayPal and Venmo handles to facilitate an easy payment and am assured that it will be taken care of 'First thing in the morning,' but it never happens. I understand things going wrong and that there are abnormal COVID pressures on businesses everywhere right now, but this is an easy fix. It's hard to appreciate the appearance of attentive customer service with no follow through. I'd hoped to avoid this but I can't keep calling and hoping for someone to make good on their commitments. Constantly needing to follow up on this eats up time I don't have for a hassle that wasn't my fault that resulted in a pretty large expense for me that I did not have budgeted. I bear no ill will toward Mayfair, and hope they'll do the right thing soon.

So grateful for Mayfair Cleaners! They were able to steam my dress while I waited so that I could have it for my grandfathers funeral! Great customer service!!
