I recently started getting more acquainted, with the Mazuma Troost location. I take my Grandmother there for Monthly deposits, and she always speaks highly of her teller Bria W. I appreciate her for being efficient, nice, and helpful in every situation when dealing with the Elderly. Much appreciated and continue blessing others as one day, it shall be returned ?

Created a business account with Bria, and immediately I could tell she knew what she was doing to help benefit my business! Crazy the amount of things that I was ignorant to about creating any type of account with a credit union vs a regular bank, but she broke it down and even took time to help make a couple suggestions that could help me elevate my business, as she has worked with several bigger accounts and has learned a thing or 2 in her tenure at the Bank. Looking forward to her help in the future! ? ? ??

The whole crew at the Troost location is amazing. I have been a member for years and have never been disappointed. One person in particular is Jordyn Miller. She consistently goes above and beyond with any questions or inquiries I have had. Been a member since 2000!!!

I went in to take care of some business that felt complicated. Miss Debra took care of me while I was there. She got me talking to the right people and stayed with me at the teller until it was all complete. It was one of the warmest and helpful bank experiences I've ever had.

I visited the credit union today. I received the warmest welcome from 3 young beautiful ladies. They were very professional, warm, helpful, and kind. I asked them their names, and they are Sydney, Dakota, and Ikram. Ms. Debra Anderson is also the best. Whatever your needs, Ms. Anderson is always there for you. I guess that's why I am still a member after more than 50yrs.

I want to give a huge shout out to Brei and Jordyn! You both were so incredibly helpful & understanding when it came to looking at some fraudulent transactions on my acct. I seriously can't thank you both enough for helping get this all sorted out! I won't be going to any other branch than this one because of the kindness I received from these two incredible women! I had a problem with my debit card and I called the number on the back of the card to reset it the agent went through a lot of questions which I answered and after all the questions he tells me that I have to call member service to reset my debit card. I think it was a waste of time for this guy to ask me all these personal questions if he couldn't reset my debit. So why do you have to go thru this unnecessary procedure if this guy can't reset the card. I've dealt with other banks and the agents that take the calls from the number on the back of the card are able to handle what ever problem that arise with the debit cards. This is very frustrating. Thank you for taking my complaint.

I highly recommend shopping other local credit unions and other banking institutions for your loans. ESPECIALLY if you have USAA.Second auto loan with Mazuma, only way to make a payment more than three months in advance is to do it over the phone by debit card with a $15 "convenience fee". No other institution I've ever experienced charges this fee and they have financed a higher interest rate than other local or nationwide financial institutions. They must be very dealer-friendly allowing additional markup to pad their pockets and the dealer's pockets.
