Delicious. Bagel was super fresh and fast as was the Jalapeno cream cheese. Super fresh.Don’t forget to tell them you wanted it toasted, if that’s your preference. I forgot!

This downtown location is such a cool building. I came in around 11 on a Sunday and they still had plenty of bagels in stock, although several schmears were out. So come early if you're concerned about that!

Went here this morning and it was really good. But what clinched it was the service. The two girls working were so nice and upbeat and there was a constant line to the door. They were never grumpy or upset, they maintained a sense of humor, patience and got orders out really quickly.

This place was quaint and relaxing. Menu was easy to read but wish I knew how big the Bagel sandwiches were! Ended up open facing it and devouring it. You'll need a few napkins or wet one. Delicious and served with a smile. Will be back.

Super bummed on my experience here with Deborah . Ordered a bagel and she gave it to me not toasted . Never been to a bagel shop where you have to specify . Just threw it away, what a waste of food.

So, I ordered lox on a rye bagel without tomato. I was given a rye bagel with onions and capers...Now, while I was disappointed about not getting my order, I still thought that the bagel was the best I've ever had.I will be back for sure.

I had a horrible experience. When I went into the "meshuggah bagels" establishment, I let them know that it was my first time there. They did not give me the option to toast my very hard cold bagel. When I asked why they wouldn't offer it to me even tho it was my first time and I was ignorant of how the business establishment worked. They went on to say it was because as a customer, It takes too long to service me. This was in regards to toasting my bagel. As their customer I was not worth it.That was horrible to hear and to be treated as if I didn't matter and I wasn't worth the time. I left feeling empty, upset and sad at the same time. And worst of all, do not feel like I got the value for the price that I paid.

PLEASE DON’T TIP! Tips are not shared with the employees! They assure potential employees that they are shared when hiring, then corner them into signing something forgoing tips in exchange for a dollar or two above minimum wage per hour. You’re making your pricey bagel even more expensive (for no reason) if you tip. While the Department of Labor is VERY clear about the legality of all of this, the owners here simply assure me that they’re “lawyered up” enough to handle that end. If you raise a complaint with the owner, you get cut from the schedule. It’s a good scam, because most employees here don’t have the resources to object, but it results in an incredibly high turnover rate and diminished quality of service. PAYMENT IS FOR GOODS, TIPS ARE FOR SERVICE. I truly don’t understand how they’re still operating like this, but they take in LOTS of tips that really should be going to service workers.Dietary restrictions: Nothing gluten free

I went in on a Sunday morning. I was looking for nice homemade bagles. I ordered a chocolate chips bagel and a lox bagel. Both bagles almost ripped my teeth out when trying to bite into them. Even Einstein bagles have softer bagles than these. If you're looking for tough bagles that are hard to bite into, go to meshuggah bagels

Was so excited to try an authentic Jewish bagel cafe! Ordered lox & cream cheese, but toasted the bottom half was too hard to chew making the sandwich difficult to tear and bite. I did like the apple pie shmear though. I will go back again and ask for the bagel not to be toasted and I'm sure it will be one of my favorite places! I do recommend.
