It is the best gym I have ever visited, it is very close to my house and it has a good affordable registration price, this is an empire ?

Great gym to work out at, it can get crowded at times but I still find space to finish my workouts also the 2 free hour parking is great, love the hack squat machine they have in the corner one of my favorite machines for leg days I hope they add more leg pieces like that soon!

Love this gym so far! Its nice that it's open 24 hours. Nice equipment, nice staff.
Metro KC Fitness is your downtown neighborhood fitness facility! We are located on the corner of 12th and Oak. We offer a full selection of gym equipment including treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, free weights and selectorized machines. Our staffed hours are 11am-7pm, Monday through Thursday and 11am-4pm on Friday's however you have access to our facilities 24 hours a day! Personal training, nutrition counseling, weight loss coaching and more are available along with group classes offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 12pm. We are a Silver Sneakers facility! Staffed Hours 11am-7pm Monday-Thursday 11am-4pm Friday
