I would give NO STARS if possible. Problems from day one, calls dropped, phone freeze ups, unable to make calls or hear other person at times. Unable to pay bill even though I was on auto pay and had to pay $5 in store to make payment. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I came into this location and there was a Hawaiian man Cena he was so very helpful he was very professional. I was surprised to find out that he wasn't the manager because he has manager qualities this location needs professional experts just like him I will be coming back he took his time and even though it was a long time to get done what I need done he was so professional with it and he was even able to help other customers while in the process of helping me not losing track not losing his temper and y'all just need more people like him

I've been in a bad situation with homeless, and the only place I had to store my belongings burnt down. So my money is very low and they have helped me with a phone to keep in contact with people who I have no other way to contact. I really appreciate the help they have provided in my stressful times. I went an actual T Mobile store and I left without being able to access my account. I went to metro by t mobile and sina and raeven took great care of me and now I can access all of my functions. Thank you sina and raeven.

Paid $66.25 to have my daughter phone. I paid manager Tara Kinney as you see her name on the receipt and she still has not Activated my daughter's phone I've called customers service for metro pcs and they let me no that she should all ready had it Activated if I paid her. SO I went to the store several times. Tara Kinney stated that it would be on in 5 days. The company said that made no sense. I need to have a phone for my daughter at all time due to her mental illness.I feel robbed ? and I keep getting the run around.Tara Kenney is very unprofessional. So I reported her to Metro pcs . I feel very hurt over this situation. You see the store name on the recipient and the name of Tara Kinney. Don't go there she will robe you.
