5/10/25 I went into Longview road 6815 Kansas City Missouri 64134 to purchase a phone and retrieve my old number, they charged me $80 for a new line, gave me a new number and all together charged me $188.96, I asked if I could return the phone and asked for a receipt, I was told yes, I came back Sunday and was told only a manager can do returns I went back Monday and was told NO I can't return the phone I spent 5 hours at that store, I asked for a real receipt because the one I got was not a real receipt, I need the Dealers Support Group to act before my 14 days are up, now I can't make phone calls or use my phone at all since. I have called customer service over 12 times and have talked to over 6 supervisors and I don't know how many reps trying to retrieve my phone to work and I have been to over 6 stores and no one is able to help me, I went to 3118 Prospect KCMO 64128 and Eve manager tried to help me and she went out of her way to have me fill out a email to Dealer Support Group and complain about my issues with the store I also had customer service rep try to talk to manager at Longview and he refused to talk to him and I had a supervisor ask to talk to him and he refused her too I asked both to fill out a complaint and they did, Longview has cost me $188.96 and I have receipts for my purchase and I am supposed to be able to return the phone

Hector is the man,he took care of me and had me sold on alot of the merchandise there,a great salesman,the environment is also chilled,I recommend coming here.

Both workers are very polite and helpful just very hard to understand. The workers don't speak English very well at all so it's very hard to understand them. The display phones have no information about the storage speed camera or anything and the gentleman was like I will explain. So as he is explaining with his accent and the speed he talks I understood none of what he said and had no idea what I was looking at other then just a dummy phone. Both workers are very polite and helpful just very hard to understand. Like I said but when I asked to see a print out because my mind works differently when I'm comparing items that I need a physical copy of the phone specs and they had no option for me.

Even though the telephone customer service for this company is trash, Karina at this store kept us as customers, because I was about to cancel it all and walk away! She knows how to relate to people!

Tried calling to see about a phone and no one answered didn't even ring i won't go to this metro pcs store or have anyone go there.

The manager and her subordinate were extremely rude and insulting. I was told to come in and they could help me reset my account passcode, so I did. It took 3 of them at least 40 min to help one customer who was there by herself. The manager sure didn't have a problem with me during the previous visit when she was busy flirting with my boyfriend and then put my account under his name when I stepped outside to check on my puppy. Their cases never actually fit the phones, the screen sticks out further than the sides of the cases.
