Items arrived in poor condition. Images on the website are misleading. Customer service skims emails and recommends you buy stuff that won't work for you.I ordered a bundle on their site that included a radio, magnetic mount and antenna. In the images on their site, on the page for the product I ordered, every picture of the antenna in use was connected to a more standard antenna mount.It seemed fair to assume then that the cable and mount can attach/detach from the magnet part. Wrong. The cable on the thing was permanently attached to the magnetic mount base, as was the mount itself.I sent a thorough email including links to the pictures from their own site(on the page of the product I purchased) and asked, what do I need to make this happen?They responded by putting me to work and asking me to send them pictures. Someone working at Midland should have had enough product knowledge to look at the links I sent and say yeah you can't do that with the bundle. But oh well, I sent the pictures.They then responded by telling me I should buy a lip mount. I take a look at the lip mount and it clearly won't work given the initial images I sent them. They clearly weren't reading my emails.I finally found what I needed since they couldn't be bothered to help a customer more than checking a box that I responded to an inquiry.On top of all that, the box looked open-box and the antenna sent was crooked. If there was another radio on the market wlth all the controls built into the handset I would have returned this stuff.It's good to be the only option I suppose.

I reached out to customer service 3 times without a reply. I also called their "customer support number" and no one picks up...Unfortunately I wasted $170 on two high-end radios. When they arrived, the battery didn't work in one radio. I reached out to customer support multiple times who never followed up with me. This is unfortunate and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know never to purchase a radio from here. Not only do they fail but they fail to provide any customer support as well!!

I spoke with them twice, once a few years ago, and again today. SUPER HELPFUL! I don't say that lightly, as a business owner myself, I deal with a lot of support issues. At least on my 2-way radio issues, they have been great.

Don't buy! came without the mounting screws. Called was told they would send a return label and a replacement part. That was over two weeks ago... Nothing to date can not use so I'm calling it "JUNK" do not purchase from these folks... response... Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!
