Came in for a walk in, granted it was about to close It was still open for an hour. There was no patients anywhere, I was told no we could not be seen. I just needed someone to assess my son's ear to tell me if it was an ear infection or if it was ear wax. She told me she could not check for foreign objects, I explained it was not foreign. She absolutely refused. She was unprofessional, argumentive. Not only did she talk about me to her nurse, she did it twice! So now, I am spending $150 on product to check my son's ear and treat it at home. I go up to the register, and told to go to self check out. ?? You people are HORRENDOUS. I will never spend my money there again.

Will never go back! I went in for an upper respiratory infection that was working its way bronchitis, that care giver was more worried about my blood pressure that me and my primary were fully aware of, I’ve been taking day and night quill like cans for the last two days just to function at work plus the pain I was in from coughing so badly. All I needed was antibiotics and the weekend to rest she instead because I wouldn’t go to the hospital she turned it around in her notes and wrote it in that I refused treatment! What’s a crock, and I got a bill for 168.67 for zero services rendered! Congratulations CVS that is the last bit of money you will ever get from me! I will drive 15 miles past you just to avoid you.

Horrible service more in the min clinic. They have zero customer service and seem to busy to help or work with the patient.

Brianna was my nurse and she was so amazing. She was friendly, and took care of all of my needs. My Dr was nice as well and he got me taken care of.

Besides being sick, I had a great experience at this minute clinic being treated by Dr. Wicker and her sweet CNA (sorry her name escapes me, but I believe her last name was Johnson!) They took the time to listen and were very thorough with their questions. Ms. Johnson (the CNA) was incredibly personable and friendly while she took care of me. Both ladies were very caring and empathetic and made me feel comfortable and sure I was in good hands. Not going to lie, I was nervous about going to an appointment so late in the day (6pm), I was worried I would get the “B team” and be an inconvenience to tired staff who just want to go home, with it being so close to closing time for them. This was not the case at all! They were upbeat with smiles. I am so glad I didn’t wait until tomorrow morning to be seen.

I was seen for a respiratory issue by NP Kelsey Wicker in 4/2023 and was told that I could not be assisted and that I should attempt to see my primary care physician. Due to the inability to receive assistance, the NP stated that I would not be charged for my visit. I received a bill for a copay the next month and contacted CVS customer care. They stated that even if I did not receive assistance, I would still be charged because I had a scheduled visit that I attended. The NP was misleading and gave me incorrect information about billing which led me to believe that I did not owe for my visit, adding onto the frustration of not receiving assistance for a common respiratory issue.

I came in because of horrible eye pain. Waited an hour to see doc. She told me nothing she could do without even looking at me. I asked where to go and she started talking about the procedure but I just wanted to know where to go. She got upset with me and said @im trying to tell you”. At that point i got up and left.

Called ahead of time to confirm I could get the MMR vaccine for my son just to be told we could not self pay at our appointment. What a waste of time.

Please don't waste your time. I didn't mean 5 star! I'd give them a 0!!!!Made 2 appointments 1st time nurse had nobody in the clinic and said since I didn't receive text I never had an appointment. So I made another. Still no text sent. No appointment?Worst place I've ever been!!!!

Took over an hour after scheduled time for them to call me in while one of the doctors peeked out the door at me twice then proceeded to call someone in with a later appointment.

I made an appointment and went tonight. The nurse practitioner was a very nice person. She was thorough and she cared about her patients. I saw her take care of two other people before me. I will be going back. She was much better than the urgent care I went to on Monday. She gave me a thorough exam and test results.

I scheduled appointment for upper respiratory infectionI got call from NP prior to appt time. She basically blew me off saying I needed to get Covid test prior to being seen. Ok. And blah, blah..."all our CVS locations are booked for testing days out". Why not post this on website. I got tested same day lat a very efficient, friendly urgent care.....Negative. I will never recommend the CVS Minute Clinic on Vivion
