I had a 5:50pm appointment with the Minute Clinic on 3/11/24 for my 10 year old daughter. I arrived at the store just before 5:45, walked in the store back to the clinic; and before I could even sign in to the kiosk, my appointment was canceled. Horrible customer service and the corporate office representative was no better! Don’t go here, they’re a waste of time and won’t help you! CVS, you completely lost my family as customers!Edit to add- check the other reviews, wish I would had before I went. How sad!

Minute clinic + pharmacy experience - minute clinic tech and nurse practitioner and two out of the four pharmacy staff were blatantly lacking any friendliness or additional verbiage and language beyond directing (not once requesting) for me to do what they needed me to do. If the patient isn’t prepared to give all info needed for an accurate diagnosis, you won’t get it there because they don’t ask any follow up to anything you say or ask anything other than what they need to check on their computer. The nurse practitioner scoffed at my questions asking for more education on my illness and treatment as if I were stupid for not knowing how to treat the illness I had never had. Poor service. Find a new career would be my advice than one that serves people who are unwell.

I asked the nurse not to hurt me and she got mad and squeezed my infection i told her it hurts and please stop then she kicked me out. She interrupted me every time i spoke and was overall very sadistic. Will not return

I have always had the best experience here. A great asian female nurse helped me with a long infection, and when I had a cut on my lip a male nurse saw me in and out without charge as it only required a mere look to make sure no stitches were needed. Kind and helpful staff - and they can be quite busy. They work to accommodate and the care for me has always been good - and helpful when I walked in with severe urgency. Five stars.

The Dr my son saw was great. He was nice to me and my toddler, and as gentle as he could be checking his ear (ear infection). It was a quick and pleasant experience.

Please don’t advertise walk ins for a clinic that doesn’t actually offer them. Hours for lunch are also posted wrong online from 1-1:30 not 1-2. I needed to be seen same day as I’m from out of town and wasted hours and Uber costs to be told that the online information was incorrect and I couldn’t be seen. Don’t advertise walk ins. Period.

Being off work for Christmas week, I went online the week before and schedule a flu & shingles shot at Minute Clinic appt for today, 12/30/21 at 12:30 at my CVS at 6300 Johnson Dr., Mission, KS 66202. There was no confirmation email. No confirmation code was sent to me. Then when I got there, they said I did NOT have an appt and told me to go home and get the confirmation #. I said it did not SEND me a confirm #. I said since it was booked, the appt MUST be open, so why can't I get it since I'm here? She said "We don't do walk-ins." I said I was NOT a walk-in, dam it, why did she think I showed up today on my day OFF if I didn't have an appt? She said "Don't bother to book a new appt here." Same thing happened LAST year. When I got there, they said no appt in the system. Other complaints of this online, too. I've purchased almost $7k of Rx's in the last year here. I don't appreciate the smart mouth, too.

I went to this clinic on 21 Sept 2021, I saw Nicholas White NP. This gentleman was awesome. He was extremely kind, caring, and listened. A huge shout out to the pharmacy, my meds were ready in a minute. Thank you Mr. White, and the pharmacy, made to work in time.

Went for rapid covid test for wife, two minor children and myself. Needed neg. Report to travel to Puerto Rico. They say they will text the results of minor children. In our case they never did and there is no option to speak with anyone at their "help" line. I ended up having to go through the trouble of rescheduling the test for both my kids. When I spoke with the lady at the test center she argued with me and told me I should have waited longer on hold. I told her there was no option to wait, only pre-recorded messages. She says again..."You should have waited longer". Worst service ever!

Horrible, The NP acted like I was her last visit and was more concerned with my insurance and payment than the 30 seconds she spent looking at my symptoms and never addressed my fever, then telling me to buy product off the shelf when I actually needed antibiotic for sinus and ear infections! When I tried to call back, the store can't transfer you and they prompt you to a Careline that hangs up on you after they give their covid announcement!
