We had an exceptional experience purchasing our new 2024 Highlander Platinum from Molle Toyota. Prior to our scheduled appointment to purchase our new vehicle, we had several phone conversations to coordinate the purchase and trade in process.Each team member that we interacted with helped to facilitate a great customer service experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted and informed that we would be helped shortly. Samuel, our sales consultant, was very energetic, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and communicated very well by phone and in person. He thoroughly explained the process, walked us through the purchase and trade-in documents, and answered our many questions. Tyler, the sales manager, checked on us periodically throughout our visit and answered additional questions. We concluded our transaction with JR, the financial services manager, which was a smooth and easy process. As we took possession of our new Highlander, Samuel took the additional time to sit with us in the car to review the features on our new model, especially the instrument panel and touch screen. Overall, the Molle team was professional, friendly, and very customer service oriented. We enjoyed our car buying experience, and highly recommend Molle Toyota.

This was my first time visiting Molle Toyota. By far it's the greatest service I've received hands down. My service advisor Chris, was knowledgeable about the recommended services in which I overlooked that needed to be addressed. He also was informative along the servicing process of my vehicle, making sure to update me with estimated timing and any suggestions. Once again thank you and I look forward to making this my new servicing home for my vehicles.

I just bought my Tacoma from Molle last week and LOVE it! Special shout out to Joey Stasi whose family has taken such great care of our family over the years. My salesman, Clayton Bailey did an amazing job walking me through the buying process. I highly recommend this dealership, and in particular, Clayton, to anyone in the market for a new or used car!

10/10 experience all around! Our salesman, Todd, was absolutely fantastic, and you could tell by the genuinely friendly attitudes of everyone else in the office that you can’t go wrong here! My fiance and I both had to purchase new cars in the last couple months so between us both we’ve been to literally 15+ dealers/used car lots in the area AND completely scoured Carvana. After 5 minutes with Todd we immediately felt at ease. He was honest and up front and didn’t try to trick/pressure us into unnecessary fees/warranties. He didn’t pressure us to sign a single document and actually said he would prefer not to run my credit (so as not to ding it unnecessarily) until we were totally informed and comfortable with the vehicle and the price. He even went as far as to point out little dings that I didn’t even notice on the used car I purchased and he ensured those areas were perfected before I took it home. I could go on and on—especially after all the horrific experiences we had everywhere else in town. We look forward to doing business with them in the future and will be recommending them to all our friends and family!

Fantastic service. I live 2 miles from another Toyota dealer and was unable to get the repair done in 8 weeks. I couldn’t get a call back- nothing. Molle was extremely helpful and got my repair done in 48 hours. The service technicians were helpful. I picked up my car at noon as was told. I have owned a Toyota for the past 16 years and this was the most helpful a dealer has been with maintenance and repairs. It was worth the 20 minute drive.

ismael sabeha was an excellent salesman! he explained everything very well. we had some trouble with finance and helped so much with it. the process was very smooth and he didn’t hide anything, he was really looked out for me and i truly appreciated it!!

Safety component in driver side door broke. A component essential in a crash. They completely disassembled the door then told me they couldn't/wouldn't fix it, take it to a body shop. Didn't fully explain what broke, what is wrong or why they couldn't fix it. They then emailed me saying they want my car in trade. I clicked to see how much. It then said error jk we don't actually want your car. Waste of time and half a day at the dealership. They never bothered to follow up with me so I will take my business elsewhere, as they suggested.

My attendant was courteous, thorough, and helpful. He explained what he found, we discussed the options and proceeded as I decided. The wait time was reasonable and their facilities comfortable. All-in-all, what more could one ask for.

My partner and I bought a new 2023 Prius in May. Before the car arrived, our salesperson Alyssa was upfront and timely in communication. As car buying in 2023 is not particularly easy, there were about 5-6 months between placing a deposit and the car arriving. In that time, we had to make a major life change and purchase a new home. Molle was willing to hold the car after it arrived for several days, so that we would not compromise home financing with the car purchase. No doubt, they could have easily turned around and sold the car immediately without holding it. The buying process itself was seamless. Overall, Molle conducted business in an honest, respectful and benevolent way. Would absolutely do business with them again.

Had a regular service on my Toyota. Service advisor offered good explanations for the work performed. As a former mechanic, I know if I am being snowed by a service facility, which doesn't happen at Molle. I appreciate their honesty and complete explanations.

Overall, the experience was good. The dealership is honest and straightforward which is hard to find. The parts that I found frustrating was the trade in process. I tried to get a range over the phone which they would not provide. This would have helped so I didn't bring 2 cars. With 2 small kids and the buying car process which took over 4 hours, we ended up getting home after 8pm since we had to make multiple trips to pick up the cars. The other part that I feel is lacking is the car was very dirty when we received it. There was dirt in all the door jams and water spots all over the car. They told me I had to wait 1 extra day to pick up the car for it to be detailed and when I see that it was dirty on the day of pickup after they had an extra-day was beyond disappointing. I tried to get them to redeem themselves when I had to pickup the paperwork for title and accessories. I asked them to detail the car. I picked up the car and again there was water marks like the car was spayed with a hose and left to dry in the sun. They never cleaned all the dirt in the door jams. I am posting a picture after the second said "detail." In the end I think getting an honest price is the best just don't expect them to make the process easy or enjoyable and expect to pay to have a brand new car cleaned.

I wanted to personally thank Chris Auhll and his maintenance team. I had a lot of surprises when I brought my car in for its routine oil change and Missouri Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection. I’m pretty intentional with the upkeep of my vehicle.He was honest with me, highlighted the most important issue to tackle first, keeping the changing of seasons in mind as we prepared for winter and my pocket. It was going to be a very high ticket unexpected item and quite a sacrifice for me.He was attentive, my mention of me having to be at work 6am the next day, and he took note of that and stayed late to have my car ready!When I came for pick up, he explained the services and what was done. If I had questions, he was welcoming enough that I wouldn’t have felt intimidated to ask. Or foolish for requesting more information because I needed better understanding of the service that was provided.You have a great employee Molle Toyota! I’ve been coming to Molle for over 3 years, this was exceptional service today and I truly truly appreciate it!Please do recognize Chris and the Team.
