I have worked with a number of moving companies over the past 30 plus years, no joke, I have never been more pleased with another company. Not kidding, a few months ago, I hired The Dudes for my own personal move date but my scheduled time was compromised by another move reservation because the client construed the scope of the work to be much larger than it was supposed to be, pushing my move reservation to much later in the day. It was a debacle from the start but The Dudes could not have been more apologetic and determined to make a seemingly really challenging day into one of the most delightful and efficient moves I have ever experienced. “Very happy with my moving experience. I moved (during COVID) from midtown KC MO to southern Johnson County. I interviewed three movers who were highly recommended by friends or neighbors. John O'Connor was the only one who came to look at my apartment and talk about what I needed. His estimate was comparable or better than the competitors. On moving day, I did not see John, but the crew of Anthony, Chase and Alfonso were terrific. Careful and competent. I had a slightly complicated scenario, with one furniture piece going to the curb for trash pick-up, some to the basement, and some to the garage for future pick-ups, a few things remaining in place, and the rest going in the truck, headed to two different drop-offs. They got everything right. Took care to protect both my possessions and the building. All done smoothly and efficiently, while wearing masks (which I greatly appreciated!) Real pros.”

They did not stop until the work was finished. The move took almost 6 hours. We had two sets of steps but they never once complained. They were respectful to us. They were careful with our stuff. I could not of asked for any better workers as these two. We had to put our stuff in storage and want to ask for them again when we move to our new home. We were extremely happy with these workers!!!! If you are moving I would use this company”

“Edit: Devon finally called me after 11 and they came and unloaded the POD. He was apologetic and they worked very hard and quickly to get the work done. If you can be flexible on your time then use them if you need someone who shows up as scheduled then I would recommend someone else. Hopefully he can get his scheduling and communication improved.Hired this company to load my POD through U-Haul. They were several hours late to my location and I had to reach out to them to see if they were still coming. Luckily I had a flexible schedule and when they finally arrived they worked very hard and I was very happy with their work. I spoke with Devon about booking with them directly when I was ready to unload the POD at my new location. He said it wouldn't be a problem and they would take care of me. I contacted him on 6/22 which was a week before I needed help to set up an appointment. He confirmed on 6/24 via text he could take the job for 9am 7/2. I contacted him about 9:15am and he answered and said that we would pull over and call me right back. That was almost 2 hours ago and since then the phone is turned off and the voicemail is full. I am on a limited timeline because the POD is already scheduled to be picked up on a set date and it's a holiday weekend. As hard working and nice as Devon and Tony were while loading my POD I feel that the organization, communication, and professionalism that should be had while running a business is extremely lacking. I am now scrambling to find someone else who can come unload my belonging on such short notice. I would not recommend this company because you don't know if they will show up or not.”
