The best moving company we had a pleasure of working with. Trevor and his crew of 7 were fantastic. From the packing, inventory and moving day. Highly professional, exceptional communication and they took care of our items like it were their own. Appreciate their hard work. We will surely use Moving Proz again!

Great experience all around!Easy to sign up and they give clear expectations in office/when you call in.Moving crew was 10/10 , great vibes, moved quick and were tons of help! They're absolutely pros and they have your back throughout the whole process.Will be using them again and referring to anyone who needs a moving co in the future.

Smoothest move I’ve ever had! 10/10 experience all around! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Michael is very personable and responsive and the whole team arrived right on schedule. Caleb and Tyler helped with my move as well and handled all of my heavy items with care and caution. Definitely recommend to book your next move with Move Proz!!!! Such a great group of guys that are beyond helpful :)

This was legit the quickest move I’ve ever had done by a moving company. Mike & Caleb were amazing in how fast and smoothly they handled moving all my furniture including 25 boxes! I’ve used Moving Proz before so this is the 2nd time I’ve used them. This went very, very well! Definitely recommended Moving Proz as your next moving company.

I used Moving Proz to help move me from my 3rd floor apartment and received great service. Kaleb, Sean, and Jesse were very professional, timely and took great care of my items. Austen was also helpful in getting me scheduled for the move. I highly recommend Moving Proz!

Austin(in office) was easy to communicate with. He was available when I had questions. Dennis, Shiv and Smooth (movers) were respectful, professional and polite. From the time or arrival til last item in, they were working non stop. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend Moving Pro.

Damaged items, poor time management (being paid by hour).I reported to customer service and am waiting for call back (has been over a week).Would not use them again or recommend.

They sent (and charged me for) 3 people to move one ouch and two dressers. They broke a light at the storage unit in the process (we have video of it happening). I emailed them the $230 invoice for the light (that I'm being held accountable for) and Moving Proz has been completely unresponsive. I have another move coming up and unless something changes, I plan to use a different company.Update: The company reached out to me the day I posted this review. Approximately a month after the original incident, I received a full reimbursement for the damages. I believe accidents happen and it's how a company handles incidences that sets the great ones apart. I believe Moving Proz has room for improvement, but it could have been much worse. Therefore, I've adjusted their star rating accordingly.

The team was great and super efficient! But be careful and count the movers they send! We were quoted for a load-only move with a team of two, they ended up sending 3 movers without letting us know and didn't alert us ahead of time. We were charged for the additional services that we didn't ask for and weren't given much of a reason for the additional services being added other than "the weather was hot". They were awesome but just be diligent or you may be charged hundreds more than you budgeted for!

The moving and packing crews were awesome! They were very respectful of our things and professional. It was a very hot day and I appreciated them being there to do the job! They were so fast and even disassembled and assembled our beds!

Matteo and his crew were exceptional. We had a complicated move - with some items going to a storage unit and other two two separate apartments, and they handled it like pros! Not only were they careful, professional, and communicative - their attitudes were upbeat and positive on a very long, hot day. Which goes a long way when moving. Highly, highly recommend. They took the pain out of moving - and actually made the entire process pleasant.

Blake and his crew were very fast and and treated our furniture with care. We didn't think it would fit on the moving truck, but the crew made it happen. Excellent work. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars if I could.
