Nature's Touch burned (ruined) a custom $1,000+ suit jacket and the owner was unwilling to take any accountability. Their response is of course that their machines are incapable of burning clothes. I wore the jacket once, only use this dry cleaner. This begs the question of how did the jacket get burned? If you care about your clothes, and the integrity of a business and it's employees, do not go to Nature's Touch; the will burn you (no pun intended). As a 32 year old traveling salesman, they will loose the value of having me as a client for the next 30 years. I will also make an effort to ensure everyone I know in KC is aware not to use this dry cleaner. A question for the owner - was it really worth not reimbursing (or even crediting my account) for this loss? Regardless of your answer today, you will come to find that you made a grave mistake. if you decide to "make things right" you should know how to contact us.

These guys are the greatest! When you go there regularly (even once a month) they remember your name. Cleaning is always great. The cleaners I USED to use were constantly losing pieces of my clothes or giving me other people's clothes. I have been a customer of Nature's Touch on State Line for years and years now and they always get it right. They will call you or text you if your clothes have been there longer than usual. They want to make sure you remember to get them. So helpful when you have two people dropping off and picking up and not always coordinating schedules.

First time using them. Possibly my fault for over expecting results.Dropped off a thrift store purchase wool sport jacket to remove the funk of the thrift store.Mission accomplished, except that its now a shrunken shapeless lump with lining spilling out of the edges.I guess I missed the part where their website mentions that they don't bother to shape or press the garments that they clean. Two stars because I assumed that they did more than the bare minimum.

Been going here for 18 years. Best in Town. When I moved 8 years ago I continued to drive an extra 20 mins each way because they are that good.

I took my husbands suit here. He accidentally spilled a bottle of my nail polish all over the pants. They worked and worked on it until it was gone! They kept me updated throughout the process and were so personable - they knew me by name when I came to pick it up! And they gave me the first time customer discount so it was only $9 for the entire thing and I know they spent a ton of focused time on getting the polish out! Thank you! The suit my husband wore for our wedding was saved!!

Owner is super friendly and always remembers my name somehow. Shirts are pressed and no complaints like I've had with past cleaners. No phantom stains popping up or creases in the middle of my collars. Overall its a great place to get your drycleaning done right!

This place is AWFUL! Absolutely would not recommend their services. I had a rug that needed to be cleaned and called Nature's Touch to ask them if they could do rugs. They said yes and gave me a quote of about $300 to clean the rug. I then drove out from Lawrence to drop the rug off at which point an employee told me they did not do rugs... I was visibly upset because I had been told on the phone that they did do rugs, so the employee I talked to said she would keep it and talk to her boss to see if they could do it.About a week later, they called me back to say that the organization they partner with could do it, but at this point I had called around to other places realized I was being grossly ripped off; the other places I called said they could clean it for $95. I canceled with Nature's Touch and they told me I could pick it up on Thursday after they got it back from their partner cleaner. I came the following Monday from Lawrence (a full four days after they told me it would be there), and it was still not there. In addition, when the employee called the partner company, they could not locate the rug.I have wasted hours driving to and from this place. I am extremely unimpressed and advise all to stay away from this dry cleaner's; they will try to rip you off, they have extremely poor communication- not just with the other dry cleaners with whom they partner but also between employees who do not give consistent information to customers- and in my experience do not respect customers' time at all.
