Horrible, wait time set there for 3 hours before even got seen. Doctor Nelson obviously has too many patients. He's a horrible doctor.

My appointment was for 1:25pm. They told me to be 30 minutes early for new client paperwork. I got there at 12:48. They didn’t get me into a room until 3 o’clock. And the doctor got an attitude with me and said well what do you want to do? I said well I was gonna leave before you just came in. And he said go ahead and leave. I waited three months for this appointment. Dr. Nelson is disrespectful and obviously has too many patients.

I have not been satisfied with my visits to this practice for a long time now but my last visit sealed the deal of not returning. My appointment was extremely disappointing and my nurse practitioner clearly did not listen to the symptoms I shared - in fact she was on her watch talk to texting as I was talking to her. She completely dismissed everything I said and misdiagnosed me forcing me to go see another physician the next day. She missed a fundamental call out I shared - coughing up green mucus which is caused from a bacterial infection. She said, “my mucus color indicated a virus” and sent me away with a page of over the counter medications to take that I had shared I had been taking for 7 days. During this visit, I was also not tested for one thing even after sharing the awful symptoms I had been experiencing. The least she could have done was look like she was trying to help. Complete disappointment, waste of time and money.

Dr. Dan has been my primary care physician for almost 30 years. I had to visit Northland family care on very short notice and the team got me in. I was seen by Beth and Nelson, as always, my concerns were heard, addressed and appropriate treatment was provided immediately! Thank you to Dr. Dan ,Beth and Nelson's staff for turning a painful day around and it's greatly appreciated! A truly amazing group of health care professionals that care, listen and take care of all of their patients needs.Thanks !!

Beth Collings is amazing!She takes the time to listen and never makes you feel rushed.Beth is always very kind, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been going to see her for many years and have never waited for more than 10 minutes for my appointment which says a lot about the support staff who work here.I left another clinic a long time ago, because of the very lengthy waiting times for my appointments and to only be rushed by the doctor.I believe that my switch to Northland Family Care possibly saved my life after Beth took the time to find a solution to my problem when another doctor didn’t take the time and just prescribed medication for one of the symptoms.The nurse Brandi that works with Beth is absolutely another reason I’ve been coming here for years. She’s always extremely nice and caring.I highly recommend Northland Family Care for these reasons and more.

Wait time is atrocious! I got to my appointment 10 min early and was already late by the time I paid my copay. Every time I come here, check-in is a 20-25 min fiasco process. Policy says patients can be turned away for being 15 min late, but the providers are consistently 30+ min late seeing you. Front desk interactions are infuriating. The speaker on their plexiglass is so loud I can hear everyone’s name, address, insurance info easily from the waiting room. I feel embarrassed for the receptionists who probably have no idea the loud-speaker effect their microphones have in the lobby. Been going here for a couple years and somehow it just keeps getting worse.As soon as I can find another office that prescribes my meds, I am out of this nightmare of a medical practice.

I've been going to Northland for a while now, and I'll see Beth Collings. Beth is always very pleasant, patient and not in a hurry, she is very knowledgeable and does very well in analyzing any issue's. I'll definitely say this is better practice than anything else I've dealt with in the past. I have no doubt Beth is very busy specialist in her practice, she is always kind and that's very appreciated!

Squeezed me in to meet with Dr. Roney for 1st time appointment, asked me to come 30 mins early at 9:45. Got there 9:50 5 mins of paperwork.Waited until 10:45 asked what’s going on, told I should be called shortly. Went back to the desk at 11:05 had to ask for refund on copay. What a disrespectful waste of my time.The lobby area is stuffy, outdated and just general not particularly nice. It gets less pleasant looking/feeling when you wait over an hour and still don’t see anyone.

Front office and doctor very nice! However vikki at check out wasn’t very pleasant over the phone or in person! In fact she went out of her way to introduce herself to me as conflict like a child . Very unprofessional.

I am a new patient who saw Beth Collings today and she is simply amazing. As a young person with a laundry list of problems she never once made me feel guilty, wrong, or crazy. Thankful to have found someone who makes me feel heard.

nobody seems to be able to do their jobs at this place. They always mess up paperwork, they don't call in prescriptions, and fail to send info to Qwest MULTIPLE TIMES They don't seem to care about anything but shuffling people in and out to collect their co-pays.

I've been with this practice about 20 years now....couldn't ask for better.Just for one example, Dr. Steve Nelson and his nurse Marcy are awesome to say the least.The nurse line is excellent too, they always return your calls as soon as possible and making an appointment is as easy as just picking up the phone and telling the person on the other end that you want to come in....and if you want it they will usually get you in that day, if the Doctors are full with appointments, the nurse practitioners are usually available, and I find them to be very knowledgable also.A person couldn't ask for a practice better than this.......great people and just as good care.

I’m not sure how difficult it is to send a 30 day prescription to the local pharmacy they already have on file. But I’m willing to wager a different primary care office in the Northland wouldn’t forget 3 days in a row.
