I bought a car 2 years ago from Ed at this dealer with an extended warranty and I never had any issues with it. It got totaled last month so I came back to cancel my extended warranty and Keith helped me cancel it even though he probably had more important things to do. Great dealer!

By far the best place to shop and purchase a new or pre owned vehicle. Service, Sales and Parts are all great. Lots of inventory.

Came down from North Dakota for Thanksgiving weekend and didn’t have an appointment for an oil change but Bob in service treated us very very awesome and made it happen. Thank you Bob and the service dept and JVP in sales will be my next guy I purchase a Lincoln from. Thanks for great service inside and out. Very much appreciated. The North Dakota Family!!!

Very easy car buying experience. I found the car I wanted on the website and didn't care to spend a bunch of time looking at options. John made the process fast and stress free. With my most recent cars being a Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE and an Audi Q5 Prestige (both fully loaded), the Lincoln Nautilus Reserve I purchased for $20k less is proving to be a much better value in terms of comfort and quality.

I did purchase an awesome Lincoln Aviator at this location. We don’t have a Lincoln dealership in BENTONVILLE, AR. If another dealership had this vehicle I would have easily went elsewhere. I was treated like if you don’t buy it the next person will. It’s like the sales manager encouraged our salesman to become arrogant with us.Not buying this vehicle almost happened! Thankfully the other customer backed out and our salesman called us back the next day.

Auto was worked into schedule after we had a minor accident damaging wheel and tire. Repairs were completed and car returned as soon as tires were available.

Great place to buy a car. The sales people are knowledgeable, courteous, and treat their customers well. I have been buying cars from Northtown Lincoln for a long time and have always been satisfied with the cars and with the maintenance provided.

There us no service tech better than Scott Williams that I have met in any dealership, ever. I bring every vehicle I have back to him, Ford or not. He knows his job, customer service, and understands warranties. I never have to worry about him adding on additional items for a commission or him hustling me for sales. He just takes care of my car and gives me peace of mind. You can not buy or teach loyalty or morals. He has both.

[POSTED HERE SINCE THEY REMOVED THIS SAME REVIEW FROM GOOGLE]I have been looking into buying a Lincoln Continental for a while. I did all of my homework and researched the vehicle reliability and brand reputation as a whole. Saw that the majority of Lincoln buyers were extremely happy with the brand dealership treatment and that Northtowne Lincoln received very positive reviews. So, I decided to give them a try. I arrived at their lot on a Friday afternoon to look at their Lincoln Continental stock. I am a construction worker so I did not "dress the part" of a Lincoln buyer. Upon arrival a handful of salesmen looked at me through the front windows but didn't move a muscle. I was on the lot for 20 minutes until. John "JVP" came out and greeted me. He seemed nice and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he even offered to stay past close to help me. I told him I just wanted to see a Continental before I headed back home an hour away. He pulled up the vehicle I was interested in and it looked like it had not been washed for months. It had a film of dirt and a collection of bird droppings all over the vehicle. One of the tires had a huge chunk taken out of the sidewall and all of the tires were nearly bare on a vehicle with under 19,000 miles. I knew the vehicle had been in their inventory for months but didn't expect it to look like they didn't care about it. I told John I would comeback the following day with my vehicle that I would trade in for the Lincoln. That's when I should have bought some lube with me. I showed up with a 2023 bronco with 8,000 miles on it. Still looked and smelled new and they offered me $36,000 for my trade. My wife and I laughed and started to leave. "JVP" claimed that they couldn't give me full value because the ford plant was down the street. That has nothing to do with my vehicles value... I told them I received an offer from car max that was $18,000 more than their offer. He says well you better go take it. Before I left he was insisting I fill out a credit application when I was already pre approved through a bank they partnered with. I refused and told him I would be back next week and to clean the Continental and replace the worn tires. He said ok but, didn't take me seriously... I came back the next Saturday and asked about the car. John was surprised I was actually there and pulled it back up for me looking dirtier than the week prior. He offered me to drive it again I told him I just want to do a deal on the car. We waited for the finance guy to have an opening to talk to me. To kill time John told me that the car was "new inventory" that just pissed my wife off because we bought a CARFAX ourselves (which they didn't provide) and it showed that the vehicle was in their possession since October of 2022... I was looking at the vehicle through the window and noticed that it had a large dent in the driver door and this point I was done with that vehicle and looked at another Continental and test drove it. While I was out the manager agreed to fix everything on the original Continental I was interested in and to put it in the shop after Memorial Day. I agreed to the deal. In the meantime they let me drive the lower priced base Continental that I test drove earlier to be my loaner until the one I was interested in was fixed. 3 days later I got a call from the dealership telling me it would be ready the next day. After 3 weeks of dealing with this "luxury" dealership they got the car ready for me to take it home. If they would have had the car "lot ready" after months of being in their inventory I could have went home the following weekend after selling my Bronco. Then come this morning 3 days after buying the vehicle I got a call from my employer to drive to Iowa to look at a upcoming job site I was looking forward to the drive because despite the dealership experience I love driving the car. Filled up my tank and checked the oil life and the freaking vehicle is at 30% oil life after "JVP&am

Ok so I found a used 2019 car at NTL. I found other cars like same priced lower so I asked them if they would price match. They did. However,,,, bought car Only to find tires were cupped after buying. This place only will help with an alignment. This comes after I paid cash for car and also bought a package add on. One would think in this day an age they would help more with the cost of the tires. They didn't even try and accommodate with the purchase of tires at their cost. The after sale and gotcha attitude should be a enormous red flag to any buyer looking here
