My daughter and I came in today so she could buy a new car, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Sawnya Williams who helped get her into a 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage. This was my daughter's first financed car purchase and Sawnya was the absolute best. 10/10 she is the best cars sales person I have ever worked with in any of my many car purchases. She was genuinely happy, really personable, went above and beyond, and zero pressure. This lady is a huge asset to Northtowne and I hope to deal with her again when I'm ready for a new car.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! Thanks Northtowne, Sawnya, Colton and Tim!

I usually strongly dislike the car buying process- the staff here changed that experience for me, it was easy, no pressure, honest dealings and accommodating - they made the process enjoyable- they were good to their word on offers- which made me feel I could trust them.

We bought a Mirage here 2 years ago. It was one of those one at thos price deals. Of course when we got there we could not getthe one we wanted it was now going to another later that day. Still we bought the car thinking 35 to 40 mpg would be nice. Then we ran over some tire tread on the highway while visiting family.It did not look bad and we used tape to hold the bumper on until a shop could look at it. It took 9 months to get the parts and there was 5000 dollars of damage. Yes from a small piece of tire tread the entire front end was destroyed. All supports and bracing shattered. After it was repaired we sold it immediately.Since our purchase I have unsubsidized from emails twice and replied STOP to the text messages twice. Northtowne Mitsubishi continues to call, text and email about their little car. Today Josh from sales texted. Again I replied stop. He then began acting like a child with petty jokes and harassment. When I asked if I needed to come up he immediately began ranting about fighting. I tried to call the managers phone and I was disconnected twice in less than 30 seconds.This is the least professional sales staff ever. I would not recommend the cars nor the dealership. Their prices do not justify the small discount you might receive.I am waiting for a return call from the General manager. I doubt there will be any correction but at least I tried.

Carl is amazing!!! He made us feel like we were part of the family. We were torn between this and a Tiguan and he is the reason we went with the Mitsubishi:).

My man Cole took more than care of me and was willing to work with me on the price. Not only that even when we ran into a hiccup with financing Tim was able to get us with the right lender to finish the deal at a rate and payment i was happy with. Definitely recommend buying a vehicle from here.

We Bought a new Outlander from here everything went alright to start out with but we are not able to get the mitsubishi connect it wasnt working when delivered to us and the dealership wont do anything to help us with it I figured they would be more concerned over an issue that wasnt working when delivered. They keep referring me to take it so somewhere else instead of taking care of the issue. I guess we will contact our next closest dealership and get it figured out. It seems like they only care about the sale and not to worried about you after it.

Giving Five Stars for Josh Danner who was very knowledgeable and patient and to Colton who gave us a great Trade in. Being new to the Mitsubishi Family was a great choice. I would recommend going to see Josh if you are interested in having a great Experience.The only thing I would steer clear of is Keith in Finance. Look we all have bad days, and I get it, but the experience with him was not a good one for the most part. I didn't know from moment to moment if he was going to remind us, again, that we were late. We had an appointment at 9:30, and we notified the dealer we were running late, and we knew we would have to wait longer, But we didn't need to hear about it not once, but 4 times from finance. And at one point he inadvertently placed his finger inside a box for us to sign, and when I started to sign, he acted agitated and snatched the paperwork away and was making disgruntled sounds as he found a replacement for the paperwork. I was so ready to leave because of the negative feeling.I won't go down on stars, because of one 30-45 minutes of dealing with a disgruntled person, I left 5 because I love the selection and who I dealt with the most with my total experience.

At drop off, I asked the technician about several things that I was concerned about. He was impatient and short with me. So much so that I responded with, "ok, I was just asking". I was the first appointment of the day and dropping off for my first oil change. He told me to, "go wait and I'll let you know when it's ready" and I had to ask where the waiting room was.
