I normally do not write reviews, but Panache is deserving of one! You have to try Panache. I love chocolate (and love is an understatement). Panache, by far, has the best chocolate I have ever had in my life (and I have had more than my fair share of chocolate). Their European truffles are a must have because they are absolutely delicious. They are the perfect amount of chocolate and sweetness (not too sweet). It is worth saving up to enjoy the best. It is a perfect treat to the day. It is a perfect gift to make anyone's day.

My family has been getting Panache chocolate for about as long as I can remember. Thankfully I don’t have to go all the way to the Country Club Plaza anymore to get my fix. Their European truffles, which you have to ask about as they’re hidden away, are the best chocolate I’ve ever had. Their milk chocolate covered corn flakes are so addictive I’ve considered rehab.

Just tried to go here with my kids for a little treat. There were no truffles for sale. All on display but none to purchase. For a small chocolate bunny and 2 hot cocoas rang up at $30. Thankfully she rang up before anything was made, so we left. Disappointing prices and inventory.

Everytime I am in Park Place I have to stop in!! The perfect treat to gift anyone (or yourself). Quality never disappoints and the passion for this art is very obvious to see!

Sadly, there was hardly anything there to buy! Only a couple of things & limited to only dark & milk chocolate. You literally see absolutely nothing. Just empty.

Expensive but lacking the refinement and organization required of their price point. Example transparent wrappers w hand written labels priced expensively. But not organic or single origin chocolate. Unremarkable flavor or texture for the brand allure. No % cacao or ingredients listed anywhere...yikes

Disappointing. Very limited selection of truffles (milk or dark - two choices). We paid a lot for the smallest box (6 truffles) and the chocolates were meh.We were hoping for a wide variety of excellent chocolates. Didn’t give it only one star as there’s hope the drinks are better.

Nice location with an upscale atmosphere. I arrived on a weekday morning while they were filling a large order. It was a little chaotic but they were very friendly and helpful. You can't order individual truffles to go or make your own assortment. They have prepackaged truffles or caramels. The chocolate is very tasty. I did order a cappuccino and it was more of a latte but still tasted good.

The ambience was lovely! Just walking in makes you feel luxurious and delectable, just like the chocolates! The customer service was phenomenal (Alex is a treasure!!!).
