What a wonderful kind place. I lost my piggy and they were compassionate and really cared. Brandon came to our house to get Draco and he explained everything to us. He was so very gentle with Draco. He's a gentle human that did not rush us but instead gave us grace to have the time we needed to say goodbye. My dog Brutus in 2021 was cremated with this company and the same care was given. Thank you for all you do!!

I spoke with staff before cremation. I ordered 2 paw prints.I asked if we needed to cut her nails. The lady said no, we will take care of it. The paw prints 🐾 I received were/ are horrible. Extremely disappointed. When I called to discuss this, the woman I spoke with was extremely detached. I told her she didn't appear to care.

we have never had a pet death in the family before but we recently lost our 2 boys. this company did an amazing job helping us feel. better about our decision. it was 100% worth the price as i wasn’t even expecting to get our boys back in anything. but we got them back in, not just a cheap box - a handmade, wooden box that can be engraved later if we choose. along with that, we got a bag to keep it in for traveling and certificates of the cremation.

The whole process was easy. But how in the world do you expect me to think both of these paw prints came from the same cat! One with the bow was an extra $50 and the smaller one I found in with his death certificate. Now I’m second guessing if I genuinely have his ashes. So disappointed. They did my Rosie 2 years ago and everything was perfect. I’m just so sad.

I use this company for business as well as for my own personal pet when I lost him last month. I cannot say enough good things about them! I’ve worked with Kyle for years and he is outstanding and so so compassionate, caring, helpful, accommodating and made sure I got everything I wanted and more. They go above and beyond. If you love your pet, this is the place to help you with everything you need after they’re gone. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for making such a difficult time so easy to navigate!

We lost our little Maltese last summer and used rolling acres south location. Our boy was almost 16 and we were completely heartbroken. I have never used a pet cremation service but I wanted a piece of him to still have in our home. They were so wonderful to work with and made a difficult time a great experience. Unfortunately we lost our other dog, who was 14, last week and used them again for her. Every single person there is so kind and makes your pet feel special and loved. We chose one of the urns that is included in the price. It is a beautiful wooden box with a tree design. All in all, wonderful place when you are going through a hard time in life losing a beloved pet.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Not only was everyone I worked with helpful and empathetic from the phone call to the drop off to the pick up, but they treated my baby with respect from start to finish as well. The turnaround was also impressive as it was just about 36 hours before I could go pick up my baby and bring her back home. When I picked her up, they had her foot print in a beautiful box with a bow around it, her ashes were in a velvet bag, and her death certificate was in a envelope so that everything I needed was not only easily accessible but displayed beautifully. They also included information to help me grieve if needed.I hope I do not have to use them again soon, as it is never easy to lose a pet. However, they have gained a customer for life and I will go back in the future.Thank you team - Karen, Shonda, and everyone else!

Our beloved Cavalier, Bebe passed away unexpectedly on July 21. Our veterinarian, All Creatures in Overland Park assisted us in setting up her cremation through Pet Cremation Services. I am so grateful for your compassion and care as you handled Bebe's remains and provided her ashes back to us in a nice wooden case that allowed us to put one of our favorite photos of her in it. Everything Pet Cremation Services did was first class and befitting of the love we felt for her. We felt the box to house her ashes, the wrapping of the ashes, the clay cast of her little paw, the tiny vial with her ashes, the accompanying card and information on coping with loss of a companion animal and understanding grief were perfect and they consoled us during this sad time knowing that such an organization cared for our dear girl to give her the best. We owe you a big debt of thanks and hope others if faced with this loss turn to you to help them take care of their pet. Thank you so much!

I can't put into words how grateful I am for our experience with PCS. Losing our beloved Great Dane was one of the hardest days for our family. We chose an in-home euthanasia with Lap of Love and Austin from PCS came to our home to pick up our big boy. He was kind, gentle and showed compassion toward our family at our worst time. (If you see this Austin, thank you so very much for your kindness)Our boy was returned to us in a beautiful carved box with a name plate and cremation certificate. The care provided by PCS is more than we could've expected. No one ever wants to need this kind of service but I'm eternally grateful to have had PCS for our experience.

Thank you for the care and respect you showed towards my sweet cat. Her ashes were returned to me so beautifully, carefully encased in a lovely wooden box. She was with me for 21 years, and this was exactly the kind of grace and dignity I wanted for her at the end. This was so meaningful to our family, and helped to ease the heartache we have felt since the loss of our dearest companion.

These people obviously take pride in their work. You can tell they treat each pet with dignity and respect. I've had two furbabies pass through their services, and both times their ashes were returned to me in a pretty cherry wood box labeled on the bottom with my pet's name. Inside the box the ashes are wrapped in plastic, inside a gossamer drawstring bag. Included is a certificate of cremation and a Rainbow Bridge poem. Their tender care makes a traumatic time a little bit more bearable.
