Staff ask costumers off machines, so they can abuse said machine. So when he breaks it don't worry, guess who will pay for it??? The customer! The staff here don't follow rules why should you? (Reply to reply: I reported, when I was there. They gave each thug hand shake and he went around to other machines to show off. Only rule the guy didn't break is being on a call on the floor. He even told his fellow co worker he didn't wanna put his bag up. This is his behavior and he goes around with a quite smaller guy always.)

Just read several of the reviews. Agree with all of them. What is also disturbing is that I see more and more people that feel like they don't have to wipe down equipment after using. Be nice if some reminder placards be posted accordingly. And don't ask me to talk to the manager-- I just gave you all the information you need to let them know.
It should be nice if they could keep the hydro massage chairs working. They are BROKE 90% of the time. So much for being a black card member!

Free high school memberships has absolutely killed this company. Horrible idea.. they sit on the machines- keep in mind only 4 benches in the entire building, scroll on their phones for 45 minutes.. no gym etiquette or real world etiquette.. I’m sure their parents are happy to have them out of the house. I’m not.
Would love an enforced time limit on the limited benches that are available for use.. the wait is prolonged while many superset along with the bench- alternating exercises… just no common courtesy. 20 min max would be enough.

In this gym they censor you for bringing your briefcase with your belongings on top, they canceled my ticket because of that issue, how can one not bring their water and belongings nearby

This is the best one yet I have been to and I've been to a lot of them all over The USA! It's Black Member Spa area is very roomy with plenty of outlets & seats.
But what I'm most impressed with is that the changing stalls for showers has plug outlets in them,
Plus they have scales to weigh yourself with as well.
The only thing I do not like is that they have the coin operated massage chairs, which are not as good as the ones that are coin free.
If you've been in the others you'd know this, coinless chairs have way better settings! Also it'd be nice if they had a trash can in the corners of the BLack Card Member area as well.
I'm not complaining at all just making a suggestion.
Very pleased with this location, and will be using it for the rest of my stay in KC,
Oh and it's 24:hrs also. The ones where I've been in KC close by 10 & open at 6 or 7 AM.

Update 7/23/25 This place needs to do better with cleaning. Ive been coming here for a good lil bit now and they never clean the glass tables they have in the BC Members area.
I had staff clean a tabel i was using about a month ago & he still didnt clean it very well. And ive noticed the changing stall i use has had the same hair on the floor for a cpl of days now also.
Come on PF you need to do better possibly retrain the staff on how to clean. JS still like this lication. Its just we live in Satans World and he walks around in many lazy Hosts that like to do it as easy as possible in this world Satan's Mindset! The Gospel Warns Us About this.

Traveling through the area and just want to spend about an hour at the gym. I Jeremy tell them my number and they ring me in. I travel all over the country. I found this to work better than if I had it in my phone because we always had trouble with this. My concern is this gym was that she told me that they could not call my home Jim to confirm because of the franchises rules. They told me what other jams were in the same franchise. She told me that if they can verify me then in the gym could not verify me there within the franchise. I knew this wasn't true because I had been through one of the gyms of the same franchise. I've been there multiple times. Play it wasn't as convenient for this trip. And I called one that was close by and she said that she would call and verify with my home gym. She did that but by the time it all got cleared it's too late and it was time to move on because these gyms are not 24/7. I did end up another gym reportedly within the same franchise I want to share and they took my number in brought me up and show me my picture my profile because I requested to take a look at it. No I don't understand why the two young women at this gym here could not do it. Bet that really isn't what upset me. I never said a word I was really nice. I BELIEVE THIS LOCATION IS A HIGHLY JUDGMENTAL ZONE!!! Just before walking out, one of the young ladies at the front desk told another young lady who didn't have a card or something. Who's the woman behind the desk said don't worry about it I got you girl go on in the house with. Now they were all about the same age same protein is dressed about the same carry themselves with the same perkiness. Use whatever words you would like. I had a very difficult time trying to write this with you that day. So I come back and edit. I don't know if the desk is wired for sound recording but I'm pretty sure that the cameras will show what I've said. It looks like a nice location. But what use is it

Whenever I come, it says it's empty, but everything is always occupied. They're missing an incline press bench, and be careful with the cleaning napkins; there are never any.

This gym use to be a high quality location, but over the last year has fallen significantly, the staff can be found standing around chatting, playing in their phones, or anything but cleaning, the mirrors are gross the bathrooms look and smell like they haven’t seen a thorough use of chemicals in months, there is scum on every water touched surface in here so you know nothing gets wiped down, one toilet that works and it smells like a sewage vent backup and hasn’t been scrubbed.
