If I could give a zero, I would. I called to close a corporate credit card due fraudulent transactions and suspicious activity on 12//7/23, which took 2 separate calls to complete, over 2 hours! I requested the card be closed and new card be Fed Ex overnighted to my office as I would be leaving on 12/10/23 for business. On 12/8/23, I called PNC back for status as the replacement had not arrived, I was told informed my request had been entered on 12/8/23, the card had not been mailed. You can of course guess my frustration and the anger, particularly when the customer service told me to place the business expenses for a week worth of travel on my personal credit card (no one in their right mind does that!). I was transferred to several people, eventually back to the Fraud Dept. I was assured a Supervisor would contact me within 24 hours. Nope. On Monday, 12/11/23 I called PNC for status, only to be informed the card had still not printed as I had called on 12/8/23. I spoke with another supervisor and demanded they review the recorded statements and I would provide screens shots of phone logs along with a coworker who was in the office, who could verify the length of time I was on hold both times on 12/7/23 resolving the issues. I was told there was no need, PNC is not lying or "manipulating" records. So, it is Monday, 12/11/23 at 5:30pm EST, there is still no tracking number and I was told a supervisor will call me tomorrow to follow-up. I have absolutely no faith this will occur. More likely I will have to do their job for them. Long story short, here is their system, if you need a replacement card call M-TH before 3pm EST and demand a replacement Fed Ex, get everyone's name, if the request is made on Friday, they do not process it until Monday.

I have had a very bad experience with this bank. I had over $4,000 in my bank account with them and my account got hacked so I went to this branch to try to pull my money out and then close the account but nope. They closed my account and have refused to give me back MY $4,000 that I deposited into my bank account with them. Here it is two years later and I'm still fighting with them about getting my money back. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Like what's the point of having a 24 ATM and you use card to get access to and the door won't even let you get to the door before locking again if it even unlocks period, but gave a green light. Ridiculous ah!!! Super mad right now. Y'all need to do better for your loyal customers!!! Bank in Texas work in KC (Kansas City)

Very rarely do I have such a positive banking experience that it makes me feel obligated to go home and tell everyone how great it was. -- This was the case during my recent homebuying process. During my initial visit Nyamka kindly explained and guided me through the processing of my down payment and even followed up afterwards when I came to the bank on another day. She also went over different types of accounts I could open that would save me money, as well as investment options in case I was interested. Definitely gave me the instant "go-to/forever my banker" vibe :) On a separate visit was Micah whom was extremely helpful in assisting while I wrapped up loose ends before closing. These two employees made all the difference in this new homebuyer simplifying what could've been such a chaotic process. 5 Star Customer Service. Many thanks again :)

Avoid at all costs! Mortgage was sold to them and, long story short, they’re horrible in every way…frequently providing inaccurate and conflicting information, typically failing to provide attendants with sufficient notes on account to answer questions, and refusing to to provide access to any level of support beyond those attendants. I’m seriously considering getting a new loan, at a worse rate, simply to ensure I never have to deal with again. Don’t get stuck, like me, especially with so many alternatives

Deposited a check in my business name and I’ve called numerous of times and explained. They refuse to cash it and/or release it. The entire staff is a bunch of liars that have no idea what they are doing. Please don’t start an account with this bank at ALL. Pure trash

I moved from Illinois where PNC was GREAT but here it's awful. I was hacked and they locked my account without any notification and then wouldn't even allowE access to my own money. Then they insisted I set up a voice security password but logged it incorrectly so AGAIN I was denied access to my own money. On top of that they cancelled my debit card MONTHS later and could not providee with a reason. Now I'm trying to log on and it says the account doesn't exist so I have been on hold for upward of an hour and STILL haven't spoke with anyone! I'm DEFINATELY pulling my money and goin to another bank ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

I have been a PNC customer for years and have tried to call 4 separate times, no one ever answers or returns my call, despite claiming on their voicemail their "commitment to customer service" and that someone will "return my call within one business day". They've never called me back period, let alone the same business day.
