Honestly I love this place for my baby. I have an 11 month baby and the entire staff has learned his name and interacts with me. I love the way the care about every child individually. And Celest the director is very attentive to my needs as a parent and financially. She is on top of her job and had never made me feel like me or my child were not a priority. I trust them with my baby.

Was really disappointed with this location. During my tour I saw a teacher lose her temper with a toddler in the 18-24 month room. Very UNSANITARY. Reeks of pee. The teachers are rough around the edges and just barely doing their job. For $1200+ a month per child? They have lost their mind! I grew up going to kindercare and had high hopes for my kids potentially going here. I am extremely disgusted with what I witnessed and the state that the daycare is in. Outdated, smelly, unsafe & lacks structure. Do not bring your precious babies here!

Worst Daycare Ever!!!! Do not send your kids there. They have a horrible billing system that charges way more than agreed upon. They don't communicate with the parents. Horrible customer service and care!!!

I became guardian of 2 toddlers , 2 years and 3 years old (grandchildren) 1 year ago. I work fulltime in the medical field and needed care for these kiddos. The Director, Aimee, was recommended by a close friend. Now I can not imagine the kids not being there. The children are excited to go to school everyday, they love all the teachers as well as the Director and Asst Director. I am so impressed with how much my grandkids have learned. One child, just under 4 yrs old, is already learning site words. My 2 year old ( just turned 3) can say the alphabet, count to 20, actually count objects in a groups, and is learning to write and recognize her name. In addition, I can not say enough about how much the PrairieView staff cares about the children and is always willing to listen or help in any way.Thank you PrairieView Kindercare for making our circumstances so much easier ♥️♥️♥️

Our two children have grown tremendously from their time at KinderCare. The staff are warm and loving and there is always something for the kids to get into! We also appreciate the professional and responsive account management, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Changes to tuition, attendance policies etc. are always communicated clearly, and if I have a question someone will pick up the phone and answer it.

My husband and I gained guardianship of our then 19th month old grandson. He had been through so many changes and instability in his short life that we new he needed the structure and love of a good preschool. Amie and her team took the time to listen to our needs and wants for our grandson. They embraced him, loved him and were extremely patience with him as he adjusted to his new routine. There were many mornings that drop off was difficult for him and us but the teachers were fantastic at swooping in and helping him. This school has continued to be such an amazing support to us as we have adjusted to raising a toddler again. They go beyond everyday expectations to support him and our needs. Things of course changed when Covid-19 hit and the school had to temporarily close. We were ecstatic when they re-opened. Now our grandson who is 2, can't wait to go to school. He hops out of bed every morning and the first thing he says is ....School day? Thank you Amie, Tychelle and this amazing family of teachers for taking care of our family. You truly are essential to the growth and well-being of our grandson and our family.

My poor baby was biting at your daycare and, has bite more going up and down her body. When I tried talking to someone they said they were to busy. This is unacceptable and I won’t tolerate being ignore anymore.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kindercare! Took us a few tries before finding our perfect daycare. However Kindercare isn’t your average daycare, they welcomed my son & family into their family with open arms. Amie & Tychell are AMAZING directors & always make sure my son is very well taken care of! All of the teaches in the classrooms are awesome & do such a good job teaching & bonding with my son!

I have been more pleased with Kindercare! This was my first experience with having children in daycare so I was absolutely terrified and I needed a place asap. Kindercare staff was AMAZING.The Directors and teachers listened to the needs I had for them and have taken excellent care of all my girls. They are available to talk and will spend time with you if needed. They also don't mind when you call or stop in to check on them. I love that! I give them a 10 star rating even though I can only give 5 stars.Thank you Kindercare for genuinely caring about my girls and making sure they have happy days everyday.

KinderCare is the BEST learning centers anyone can come to! Everyone is very warm and welcoming, and is great with communicating with me on anything! I get to see my kids day with the Facebook page and it makes my day better knowing that they are having fun and learning at the same time! I recommend for everyone to come KinderCare!

I loved this daycare when my son first started. Then i started having issues with the directors being able to communicate with me about billing issues she’d keep telling me she was waiting on corporate to fix something then all of a sudden I’d owe $600-1200 this happened more then twice. Also they do not have an actually curriculum to teach the kids. I switched my son to talented tots and the first day he came home saying the color blue and was able to point it out to me. He’s not even two and knows more sign language and almost all his colors. I would high recommend talented tots over Kindercare !

Used to think it wasn't that great... Until I took my son somewhere else. The staff are really good with the kids. It seems like a mad house during normal business hours (830a to 5p), but they calm the kids down before they send them home and they allow the kids to express themselves safely and give them lots of fun actives throughout the day.
