Price Chopper is a popular grocery store known for its clean and well-maintained facilities, as well as its wide selection of products. Customers often praise the store's excellent produce section, good meat selections, and overall variety of items to cater to busy families.
The staff at Price Chopper is consistently described as helpful and friendly. Employees such as Ryan, Jimmie, and Lucy have been commended for their excellent customer service, going the extra mile to assist shoppers even when their designated areas were not staffed. The store's door greeter, Kurt, has also been recognized for his willingness to help locate managers and provide a positive shopping experience.
However, some customers have noted issues with pricing discrepancies between the shelf tags and the actual charges on the receipt. This has led to frustration, as customers have had to repeatedly correct these errors. Despite this, Price Chopper remains a preferred grocery destination for many, thanks to its convenient location, abundant checkout lanes, and overall pleasant shopping environment.
Better prices and sales than other grocers. Ability to see ads and create a shopping list plus add coupons online makes trip to the store much more efficient.

Well, this would have been a 5 star but with the meat department going to prepackaged ground beef it's down to 3. The prepackaged ground beef SUCKS! It might as well be Bill Gates' meat substitute. I'm seriously considering shopping elsewhere, especially for my meats.

It's a grocery store, clean and nice people, moderate selection, my usual go-to store, even though Sun Fresh is closer.
