We had a lack of communication from Print Time that resulted in a big loss for our company because our printed documents arrived late to a client. After several attempts to communicate and resolve this situation with them, with no response back, we will no longer be utilizing them for future work.

I called them with a simple and small request. They said "yes," and took care of it right away, since I said I was in a time crunch. The thing is, I have used many printers and this kind of drama free, quality service is increasingly rare. No scolding for being "late." No extra charge for, well, whatever printers think of. Just great service and high quality output. I've never seen our company colors look so true to our logo. Why yes, I'll be using them again!

I've used Print Time for several years now and they always do well by me. They're communicative and willing to work with you if there is an error or additional detail futzing needed, such as in my case with differing paper types for art prints to find the best color reproduction.I cannot recommend them enough, they are always my go to even when I'm out of town.

I've been using Print Time for a few years across a number of freelance clients. Even though most of my projects are pretty small, they are always super responsive and have many times worked quickly to help me meet tight deadlines. They've even hosted me and my client into the print shop to look over paper samples - even though the job was only a few hundred business cards. Just this week, they were able to turn around a relatively large order 4 days faster than they were supposed to to help meet another deadline. They're really great!

I had a generally negative experience with Print Time, from the quality of work that they produced to the customer service. They have a good sales pitch and booklet of example work to look through, but unfortunately the actual work that they produce as well as their ability to communicate with customers is overall disappointing.

Print Time is a place that as, its name suggests, prints things. They probably do more high profile and higher volume printing. Think invites, menus, training manuals, brochures and possibly even direct mail. I didn't need any of those things. I walked in and asked if they could print a pdf of a the front of the local newspaper's sports section when Sporting Kansas City won the MLS Cup. They said yes and they did me solid. I'll admit, I don't think this is an everyday thing, but it was nice of them to take some time to help me out. I have an awesome four color print and it's hanging on my wall. Based on my experience, I have full confidence they can help you with your commercial printing needs... and if they can't do it, they'll know who can.

I use printtime for my small business and for personal use and they cannot be beat. They are quick, prices are incredibly reasonable and you can place orders via email which is super helpful! I will never use anyone else.

Print Time has been wonderful to work with. Their turn around time is ridiculously fast. We typically have our order within 48 hours of proof approval, and they deliver it to us. We have only been using them for a few weeks, but so far the best experience I have EVER had with a printer.
