Nice place to live very quiet and private. Pet friendly. Been living here for 4 years. Haven't had any problems. Maintenance is always on point. And whenever you put in a work order.

Lived here for 1 year with two others in an upstairs unit , DO NOT RENT HERE, in that one year, dryer failed and because the maintenance guy left, we had to go to the laundromat for about a month, refrigerator had a pool of water in it the whole time we were there so we could barely use it, ac/ heat barely functional if at all sometimes, numerous issues with toilets and plumbing, and when we decided not to renew our lease, they didn't tell us we weren't receiving our deposit until a month after the move out date, despite spending hundreds of dollars cleaning the carpets, walls, floors and replacing broken blinds. I should also mention that all of the appliances were extremely outdated, maybe thats why none of them work. Don't expect much from this place more than a headache.

Very friendly staff, beautiful property! We've been here a little over 6½ months no complaints. We love the environment and staff!

We just had our dishwasher replaced and while there was a bit of a wait for it (understandable given how demanding that line of work can be), the wait was well worth it!
Breca did the replacement. She was kind, professional, prompt, and friendly and we recognize how hard she works!

My family moved in at the end of June and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with both the office and maintenance staff. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly and the staff always made us feel like they love their job and the company they work for. They have gone above and beyond to help make this move as easy as possible.

I’ve been living here for over a year now and gotta say that this community has been one of the best places that I’ve lived at. Michelle, the property manager, is awesome, she is so nice, helpful and fun to talk to. The area is very clean and very quiet, definitely recommend this place. Wouldn’t have left this place if I didn’t have to move to another state!

Best apartments I’ve worked with in a while. From start to finish Michelle will make your day. She’s fun, friendly, hilarious and knowledgeable as hell. The staff is accepting and welcomes you like family as soon as you walk in the door. She walked us through the home, did the general this is the spot stuff but since they had already planned on renovating the apartment she let us pick the colors for the closet and ran all the renovations past us! Who does that these days? No matter what you’re looking for they have a home to fit every single need. I can’t say enough how much I love this property and the management. Seriously… just go see them.

I have lived here since 2/2022, and have been content! Recently maintenance and management have been going above and beyond to meet my needs. For example, I request to be contacted before entering my apt, and they have been the best at working with me on that. Also, I had 1 appliance issue since I’ve moved in, and management has worked diligently to fix that for me. I appreciate how hard they are working! Thanks Michelle and Breca!

Pool isn’t opened and it’s June….I asked multiple times via email for an update on it, and finally got a response from Michelle on my 3rd email attempt. So communication isn’t the best.
I referred a friend to live here, had to keep reminding the Michelle/office to apply my Refer-A-Friend Rent Credit. She said it would be applied the 1st of the month and after checking my rent account, it was not…..So another reminder email! Finally received the rent credit after a few emails.
The gym is basically dumbbells and treadmills. Nothing spectacular about it. A let down on that part compared to other apartment complexes nearby having bigger, better gyms.
Not a lot of community activities for the apartment complexes so I don’t know the neighbors much.
For as much as residents are charged for “amenities”, they are sub par. Hoping the pool opens up soon to let residents experience what they are paying for. It’s a bummer that I went out of my way to refer a friend to live here and they are also let down because of the amenities issue.
I do want to give the Maintenance Team a 10/10. I had a flood in the middle of the night in the winter. They had it stopped and working on solutions within the hour it started. Thank you, Maintenance!

It is Memorial Day, and for the 2nd year in the row, Peak Living has not opened the pool on time! They have known since they purchased the property what is wrong with the pool. Last year the excuse was they were renovating it, this year we have heard nothing - radio silence.

I’ve been apartment shopping for the last few weeks and doing my last tour with Province of Briarcliff was by far the best experience. Even without an appointment, Michelle went above and beyond and took her time to assist me. She showed me the area and was able to give me a few apartment tours. I loved my experience and appreciated her time and happy to say, I’m excited to apply and call this place my new home.

I scheduled an appointment to look at 1 bedroom apartments for today at 2:30pm. (I received a email confirmation as well). When I arrived there were 2 team members in the office talking. They told me they’d be right with me, then after 5
minutes. they left. no explanation, no follow up with me or anything. I sat in their office for 20 minutes before I decided to leave. What was the point of making the appointment for no one to be there to show me apartments? Feels disrespectful. They wasted my time with no regard. If this is how they treated me on the 1st interaction, I can only imagine what it would be like living here. I wish that I hadn’t wasted my time attempting to look at these apartments. If they weren’t able to help me at time I scheduled, the least they could have done was send me a cancellation or tried to reschedule.

Both property manager Michelle and Maintenance worker Breca are awesome. They both are for the better interest of the apartment complex community, they definitely have our back. I'm grateful for both their help fixing up the place and making the property shine once again.
