I usually only give reviews when it’s a good one, but I feel compelled to warn others about this place. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I can see why their rating is so low. I wish I’d checked it before I went there.

This place is awful. We bought a used mower from them. Every few weeks something was wrong, they take it and fix and it comes back with something else broken. Once they replaced the same tire 4 different times before putting on a new one. Terrible experience. Terrible workmanship. Terrible customer service. How they managed to stay in business this long is mind blowing.

This place is unprofessional and very rude. My grand mother brought in her riding lawnmower and asked for it to be service because it wasn’t running right. They ordered all the parts and fixed it without calling her and giving her any prices or any update two months later and now won’t give her back her more when I came to ask about it, he called the police on me fishy

I wouldn't recommend this place this man was very rude to me he told me that he has backup work from 2 weeks and for me to take it to where I bought it so I went to another loan place private business and he was so good he sharpened my mower blade very nice

Asked to fix riding mower and they brought it back with same problem as it went to shop. Don't do service with them because they'll rip you off

Absolutely great service. Love to support local.small business that has been around a long time. Took our mower and weed eater in for a tune-up, and he got it all done in less than 3 days. It is cash or check only, which I have no problem with at all, but just be aware to bring it with you.

Took my lawnmower for a tune up. Cost $105. When I went to use it, wasn't running right so I took it back. He told me thengine is blown. Only used my mower one season. When I went to pick it up, it was in a pile of parts. He told me it won't run anyway so no sense putting it back together. It was running when I took it to him. I would not recommend Raytown Lawnmower to anyone. He's a rip off!

Wish there was a negative button. Try to sell me a cheaply made part 3 times the mark up. Owner is rude. Don't do any sort of business with this place!
