I really can't say enough good things about Jay. He was extremely friendly and helpful; and also very responsive. He responded very promptly to all of our inquiries and walked us through a difficult process without a ripple. He had our house sold in under a week and got us in touch with a buyer's agent in our new state. Highly recommend!

Jay was recommended to me by my father, and he's been a great agent in getting me my first home. He found a nice house that fit my budget and helped me out in every step of the process. Found Jay on Google while looking for a real estate agent close to where I lived to sell my house. The man was a total dynamo! He was very candid about my property and what he thought we could get for it. We had it up on the market by the end of the week and it sold above asking price in 2 days.
