I am of the opinion that you have the best Customer Service people EVER! It is SO refreshing to #1) Actually speak to a human being, and #2) Actually deal with someone who is knowledgeable and is willing to help find a solution to your problem! I have spoken to Denise, Chantel and Yeneke (Hope I spelled that correctly). All three of them should receive raises! In my opinion, they are a true asset to your company and you should be proud to say that they are your employees!! I can't thank the three of them enough for helping me!! Thank you again, girls! Was very easy to get a unit over the phone. Was given simple easy to follow directions on how to get in and access my unit. Upon arriving the first time I found my unit was clean and ready to store my belongings which just made my day easier. Thank you, definitely would and actually already have recommended.

This place is a joke. If you don't mind having your storage units and any property you store at the location off 22nd St. ( 23rd & Blue Ridge) broken into on a bimonthly basis...or never being able to get to your belongings that you pay too much to have stored there bevause they keep shortening the hours you're allowed to be on property that was once 24 HOUR access...and don't mind them messing up your billing on a constant to ensure you pay late fees Or don't mind being unable to use the kiosk (especially at payment time...again, they need those late fees)...or if when your unit that you are required to have insurance on and they raise your rate for not having it to ensure you have coverage...BUT ironically it doesn't exist when thieves who have more time to get to your belongings than you do.. or don't mind being told its not their problem when your property is stolen....thats just for starters, I could go on and on. Yeah...rent outrageously priced storage units that you're guaranteed will get broken into. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR AN OWNER...EVEN IF YOU ARE GIVING THEM OVER 5OO PER MONTH AND HAVE BEEN FOR YEARS. Like I said...what a joke. I should just leave my units wide open... free for all!!! Also did I mention the security cameras are just for them to look at to see who they are going to charge 25 bucks for leaving a drink outside your unit..but they are not to help catch who broke into your units...even when you narrow it down to an hour window. THEY JUST DONT GIVE A F%^<!! The property has large holes In fence that they are very aware of but do nothing to fix it. They raise your rates once you're moved in and several times a year. This increase excuse they actually give is to offset their cost for updating their websight. I've never in my life seen a business run like this....it's pathetic and should be shut down. They dont even cooperate with authorities...they simply say...SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE...AND AT LEAST WHAT WAS STOLEN CAN BE REPLACED... REALLY!!!!!LAWSUIT IS UNDER WAY AS OF AUGUST 2023.

My 10x25 ft storage unit was robbed. They knew nothing about it. The camera surveillance is worthless. I lost antiques, camping gear, and sentimental items. This is not locally owned and customer service is outsourced. The guy who « manages » several only comes around once a month.DO NOT USE RED DOT STORAGE!

Shady practice. You're not allowed to cancel your unit on the internet even though it says you can. You can't cancel your unit on the automated system either. You can only call during certain times. The original unit I was given had trash in it so the call center employee transferred me to another unit but in the process charged me a move fee for the clean unit. Avoid if possible.

It was quick and easy. We went to the unit and found trash in it, they assigned us a new one in minutes. Very happy .
