I was able to get the car in for service promptly. Dan answered all my questions and needs and my car was serviced quickly. Dan or Phil are normally the service technicians that help me and both do a stupendous job.

If 0 stars was an option, I would have gone with that.I was in the waiting room for service today. (10/31/23) and overheard one male in the parts area absolutely berating and yelling at the female coworker who was back in parts. Other employees were standing right there watching the scene and it was obviously loud enough for other employees to hear, but ABSOLUTELY noone stepped in or proceeded to deescalate the situation.This was an absolutely disgusting scene to be able to here in the customer lobby and seriously makes me question the level of respect and lack of a decent work environment this business allows.

Brain was great to work with on the order and delivery of my new truck. He is knowledgeable on the process and always kept me up to date. I will definitely come back to Brian for my next truck.

Excellent work in the service department, quick and friendly. But what really sent me here is the hospitality they showed my family when my preschooler had a sudden upset tummy and lost her lunch on the lobby rug. At least 5 men were quick to offer her help and were so understanding. What could’ve been a big embarrassing moment that stuck with her for life was full of kindness and help. It is so appreciated.

Brian was very calm and knowledgeable. He explained the way dealerships and auto makers operate now. It had been 10 years since I bought a car. I was pleased with the service and Brian kept me updated on the progress "In Transit" of my car. He even called after I took delivery to make sure the OnStar ap was working. I know if I have any questions in the future, I can call him and get the answers I need.

This is the first domestic vehicle I've ever bought and I never thought I would until I met with members of the Reed organization. They really won me over and showed me the value in my new vehicle and in the dealership I bought from. From the moment I began discussion I was blown away by the genuine care from the salespeople and management. I'll never buy a vehicle from anyone but the Reeds, and if you're reading this you shouldn't either!

I took my car in to get my driver's mirror replaced. Eric was very helpful and ordered me a new one. Called me when it came in and even came out to help me put it in. Eric was very helpful. I highly recommend Reed Buick GMC . I am very happy.

Brian Louden was my salesperson, and he was good. Brian was very knowledgeable about GMC products and offerings. I would recommend him for someone looking at a new car. He knew his numbers and we got a deal done quickly.I was less impressed with the back end of the deal in the F&I office, namely being forced to buy an extended warranty I did not want at an outrageous price. Luckily, I know how to manage these by keeping them out of the financing from the bank and making it a separate deal so I can properly research it and cancel or re-negotiate at a later date. I understand that this business practice is a tried-and-true profit center for the dealership, and it will not go away but times are changing in a post covid world.

Refusing to accepts gm friends and familybdiscount, bought my last one there 5 years ago, wont be back, Dodge is looking better and better. But on a 90,000 dollar truck they did offer 500 off, what a joke.

This particular visit went well. However the reason for the visit was a leaking oil filter. Evidently it was either incorrectly installed, or was a faulty part. We were not told the answer to the question. The oil was changed at Reed and couple weeks later, we saw leak on garage floor. I took to dealer to have parking assist chip installed. Had to go back a second time for that as well. Chip was not programmed correctly. They didnt check it at dealer before giving car to us.

From the day I set up the appointment online, Clint the service manager at Reed was great at reaching out and providing reminders as the appointment got closer. I had many chances to ask questions or clarification about the service before I brought the car in. Upon arriving at the service department Phil took great care of us and kept us informed while they worked on the car. They know what they are doing and for years we have experienced world-class customer service. (And no I do not work for them). I have also never felt they were claiming we needed something that we really didn't need. For all of those reasons - I keep going back.

My husband and I were promptly greeted when we arrived to the dealership. Kurt was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in purchasing. From the test drive to finishing up the paperwork, we had an easy and smooth experience all around. Everyone we interacted with was great.

I am a stay home mom, so my kids always tag along with me in the summer. From the start, Moises included my children in the decision making process. He answered their questions, however silly they may have been. On the initial visit, my vehicle was in transit. He made it clear he didn’t know when it would be here. He didn’t over promise by giving me a date. We made a plan to check in weekly to see the vehicle status. I appreciate not being hounded daily. My car came in Saturday, and he immediately called me to let me know. My husband and I came up right away and signed papers. He was very good to work with, and was kind and respectful every step of the way.

Fred Anthony was our salesman he was amazing! Great since of humor very professional & honest. The whole experiance was great. This is the first vehicle we have every purchased that our salesman walked us through every detail of getting everything setup before we left.The Buick is AWESOME!!! I will reccomend Reed Buick GMC to everyone I know.

Worst experience, my husband unfortunately wrecked his car at the end of june and had it sent here. At first they said it was gonna be Sept. 1st due to a part not coming in for awhile. My husband called around to different places and actually found the part for them so he wouldn't have to wait that long. So they got the part and it was only suppose to be a week and half or so until the car was finished. The day we were suppose to pick it up we never heard anything so he called up there to find out what had happen, turns out that they didn't realize they were still missing parts so they told us just a couple more days. To save you some time they have gone back on the date we were suppose to pick up the car numerous times bc they keep FORGETTING PARTS... im not sure how that happens. We are now three weeks still waiting and they are telling us fingers crossed next week. I don't understand how something can be so unorganized that they are forgetting to order all the car parts. And the fact they they just tell us oh maybe itll be ready the next day so we wait on our butts hoping to hear from them. I am 9 months pregnant and suppose to be delivering my child monday and we will still be down to one car. And instead of trying to enjoy this time with our first new born we have to stress about a car that was suppose to be done three weeks ago. I would never recommend this place to anyone since they seem so incompetent to get the job done.
