Allision and Travis made my choice easy explaining the process and procedures with this project. The moving crew was terrific . The floor molding touchup went flawless. Now ,Fernando and his team are true professionals from the masking and prepping the rooms to the actual sanding the floors was great with very little "dust". Fernando laid out the staining choices for our selection and explained the process and the application is flawless. The rooms were professionally cleaned. We had our old hardwood floors refinished and added new hardwood floors to our dining room and master bedroom. Allison came out and bid the project, identified timelines, and explained the entire process. She and her RippnFinish team did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the results and felt the price was reasonable. I was particularly impressed with Allison’s organizational skills. She kept us informed of schedules daily and was very responsive to each question we had. The job was even completed a few days earlier than scheduled. We would definitely use RippnFinish again and recommend them to anyone who has a hardwood flooring project.

Allison and her team are exceptional. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and refinishing our hardwoods was the first improvement we made to our home. Allison was communicative, patient, and made us feel comfortable immediately which we really appreciated because this was new to us. Working with Allison and RippnFinish was fantastic! Allison is professional, in charge, on top of all the details, and a true delight. I knew when things would get started and when they would be finished. The previous owners of the house had painted the floors with primer and installed carpet to cover pet urine stains, and that has all been erased! The floors look so good, I find myself thinking, “Dang! Look at that floor!” when I walk around the house. I would 100% hire them again!

We hired RippnFinish to help us transform our 28 year old home by refinishing our existing hardwood and installing/threading in new hardwood. The color difference was DRASTIC going from the darkest of dark stains (Black) to the lightest of light stains (Country White). While we faced various challenges addressing problem area's within the home, and had a lot of square footage to cover, the crew worked tirelessly and did a beautiful job.We appreciated their personal attention and responsiveness to questions and concerns throughout the project.
