Absolutely ridiculous. My dad is too kind of a person to post a review so I'll do it for him. He reached out to them for days to see his primary care physician only to be told they're too busy to see him. Looks like my dad's health isn't important enough to them. Good thing he was able to go to urgent care or he wouldn't have caught the CANCER growing in him. Do yourself a favor and go to a physician practice that cares. You'll be in better hands when your life is in danger.Update: welp

I have known Sheila Kohl, NP, for several years. Sheila has the best “bedside manner” and is very personable with her patients. I like that I can message my doctors with questions in the portal. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Sheila Kohl is The Best hands down! I love how compassionate she is. Very down to earth and so caring. I hope she never retires! I highly recommend her to everyone! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am not surprised at this rating. An employee can complain about racist and or discriminatory behavior/remarks (regarded as "jokes") and then be fired the exact same day. Trump's America, how sad. And in a medical facility at that. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. That's disgusting but not surprising in the Northland.

I have been a patient there for over 25 + years. Dr. Gallagher was my original doctor, she left and I start seeing Dr. Cox. I was SO LUCKY!! She is great! I have never been disappointed, nor have I ever been treated unkind. I am 70 years old and Dr. Cox always makes sure that I am taken care of and refers me to physicians for special needs. She has never just brushed my complaints aside, if I need a specialist she makes sure I see one. No complaints from me.

I am always so happy with Sheila. She is easy to talk to about any issue I may have. I wouldn't want any other person taking care of my health needs.

Dr. Kempton absolutely wonderful. Took plenty of time and very knowledgeable. Charri x-ray tech took time to help John with your app.

St Luke’s North Primary Care is amazing. From the front desk, lab girls, X-ray tech, Mrs Sheila Kohl, RNP and her medical assistant! Everyone is so caring and nice!!

If you are a new or existing patient and you have a pain, don't book here. The closest appointment is at a month out. I called the office (and the front desk staff is incredibly nice) and they connected to my primary doctor's line. They of course didn't answer so i left a message and never received a call back. The doctors look to have too many patients to devote any time

Had a terrible experience with my (now previous) provider here. After multiple tests noting the contrary, my provider still “wasn’t convinced” of the results (from samples that she had swabbed herself and were analyzed at St. Luke’s) and wanted me to come back for different testing in 3 months! Not comforting or great for one’s anxiety! This had been the 2nd time that I’ve gone through something similar with this provider over a different issue, going through additional testing and it turned out to be nothing. Not sure if my provider was trying to save face after her wrong visual diagnosis or was trying to get me to spend more money. After complaining about my visit, the patient advocate called me, and at the end of of the call, she just seemed annoyed. She called me again after a few days - no pleasantries or greetings and I still haven’t seen the results of that.I thankfully switched practices and now have a provider that works based off of test results and actually listening to me/the patient. I now feel actual relief with my new Women’s Health provider after my awful experience at St. Luke’s.
