They were very informative of what my vechicle needed repares were but not pushy on me getting work done right now. And they were speedy on doing the work they did do to my vehicle.

I love these guys! They have taken cared of 3 of my past vehicles and now a 4th one. Very nice and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. You pay for the experience their staff has. And of course it's helpful that they can give you a ride as well. I was very excited to see that Lee's Summit has a shop now. I have been going to the KC location up until now.
They work tirelessly to find the issue with the vehicle and get it taken cared of on time, and in a way that you don't have to worry about it after that.
Been going there for over 10 years, if that tells you anything.

Had a positive experience. Roughy in my 2013 RAV4 for a bumper to bumper inspection. I was pleased with the detailed inspection and photos. I look forward to bringing in my Tundra at a later date.

We just had our 2012 Toyota Prius C serviced at Sallas Auto Repair and had a MARVELOUS experience! From start to finish, it was a true pleasure dealing with everyone on staff.
We received estimates from our usual shop (that does not specialize in Toyotas) and contacted Sallas for a second opinion. Jeramiah handled our case and was able to provide a very reasonable estimate for the work. He was friendly, patient with our questions, and very knowledgeable regarding the amount of labor and parts needed to complete the repairs.
Scheduling our appointment was super easy; I simply sent Jeramiah an email regarding our best available days and times, and we were able to settle on a good date within the week.
We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, and check-in was fast and efficient. The team wasn't sure how long the repairs would take, but promised to contact us as soon as possible with an approximate pick-up time. Sure enough, Jeramiah called within 4 hours to let us know all the repairs were done and they were finishing up the alignment process. He carefully and fully explained the work done at that time. He called again (within 30 minutes) once the car was ready for pick-up and gave us a final review of the vehicle's performance. We appreciate the fast service, especially given the extent of the work!
When we arrived to pick up the car, Kelly assisted us in check-out. She was friendly and efficient and very gracious. We were able to pay with a personal check (not always the case at car shops), which we appreciated. The cost ended up being competitive or better than other auto shops we'd researched.
We're glad that AAA has given their stamp of approval to Sallas Auto Repair. They are a quick, friendly, professional, and clean shop, and deserve the recognition. Jeramiah even took the time to contact us after the fact to let us know the AAA discount had been applied to our account. Thank you to everyone at Sallas for taking such good care of us and of our vehicle!

I've used Sallas twice now, first time for brakes and oil change, and most recently to replace a faulty starter in my 2011 Honda Accord. They are the friendliest auto repair people I've ever met, and their lobby area is very nice compared to most repair shops I've been in. Price-wise I would say they are mid-way, but you do get value for your buck. They are very upfront with costs (no surprises) and have loaner cars available. They also can provide a ride (but that's certain days). They are very thorough--for example, they tested my starter 130+ times to be as sure as possible that it was the issue. They do not try to railroad you into repairs, leaving it up to you to decide what you want done. I had them check over my car the first time it was in to see what it might need, and Paul went over the list with me and told me what could wait awhile and what might be a priority, but there was never any pressure to get something done NOW. Very satisfied with the service I received both times. ALSO- they often have coupons on their website so I did get $25 off this last time. Hey, any little bit these days... Would definitely recommend.

While I usually try to be an incredibly patient person, unfortunately I’m not patient enough to be a customer here. After not having multiple calls returned I decided to come in, and try to get an appointment. I grew 3 gray hairs waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence. I have no plans on returning to this place and I’m grateful that they showed me their issues with communication before I left my vehicle in their care.

I took my 1993 Nissan Altima to Sallasauto repair a couple of weeks ago bc it was having starting problems I picked up the car but before I could drive off the car was leaking gas very bad and the engine was shaking pretty bad bc there was gas leaking not getting to the engine so they kept the car until Friday to fix it I came back the next day to pick up the car I filled the car up with gas I drive my car about 8 miles to my job and to get a haircut and Saturday went to the car wash and to get something to drink which wasn't very far and my car was on a half a tank by Saturday I paid 642.51 and know my car won't start they didn't fix the problem they said it was the fuel pump that was bad when I don't think it was the problem I spent money and the car still ain't fixed they charged me a lot of money but I'm bringing the car back until it's fixed I feel that my car wasn't fixed and I was over charged people don't have money to throw away and there car isn't fixed they look at things on the car that shouldn't be touched 642.51 is a lot of money to throw away and your car ain't fixed sometimes it's best to stay with your car not leave it first time taking my car there and this is what I get a car that ran on Friday Saturday and half a day on Sunday my car isn't fixed
