Zero stars. So many people harass you for credit cards, including Dana at checkout, she needs to learn to accept "No thank you," as a response. Tried calling to complain, after 30 minutes of trying, no one would answer. Dana should be fired. Will NEVER go back to this store after her rude attitude.

I come to the Pearl City location because the excellent pharmacy staff. Added benefit is that a number of the product sizes here are not as large as their competitor. I don't need extra large, jumbo bulk sizes as I do not own a restaurant. Other items I really like are their various house brand hoagie, baguette type bread. They make excellent sandwiches and are extra delicious when toasted. Although it is a large bag, I will buy to share these or serve as mini French bread on Italian dinner night. The apple bananas here are always really good and offer the best price in the island. The only downside of being a member is that the free shipping offered to their members do not always apply. I am always amazed at how much more items the mainland stores carry, but we are lucky in that we are offered way more local and Asian products like fresh ramen. They also have Icee floats in their food court! Miss the melon flavor. If you are not a member, I believe they offer day passes.

Is it ok for someone to bring their bird into your store? Today a man came in with a bird on his shoulder, feeding it as he was getting his groceries . This is a pet. Why is this allowed? I have seen dogs, a reptile ? attached to a person and now a bird. This is getting out of hand!

The fuel station attendant is the most pleasant and helpful person I've encountered in a while. kudos to her for wanting to help others and doing so with a great attitude.

its so sad when employees ruin a business with horrible customer service. after my first bad experience just witnessing poor service, i tried going again, only to be disappointed again, this time it was a manager with no professional experience. i decided i will only support businesses that cares about those who support their business.

during this pandemic I see all the employees wearing masks and how they were enforcing members to wear masks how they sanitize and clean the door handles and that cash registers after use. Very accommodating using the Scan & Go app is the best way to shop you don't have to stand in line you just scan your items as you go.

The unleaded gas was crossed with diesel. My car had trouble driving home and then wouldn't start again. Apparently this happens at the location a few years ago too. They said this went on for 1.5 days, so I can only imagine how many cars were damaged. I will be staying far away from Sams Club gas in general, but I highly recommend avoiding gas from this particular location.

I just filled up with UNLEADED gasoline this weekend when my car stopped working shortly after. Took it to a mechanic where DIESEL GASOLINE was found in the engine and gas tank. THEY PUMPED DIESEL GAS INTO THE UNLEADED OPTION. This has almost ruined my car. BE AWARE! And if you filled up this weekend, please get your car checked out and file a complaint with Sams Club.

I have been a member of Sam's Club for over 10 years. I'm new to the Kansas City MO area. I went over to a club off of North Oak Trafficway and the doors we'rent open and no signs to direct me to the exit doors (Because I am a plus member I have access to earlier hours). When I asked them about it I was treated very badly and was told there's a sign so I asked a manager and pointed out there was no sign. (After I was told by an employee on the phone at customer service that "Well I'm sorry ma'am your wrong there's a sign) I'm a plus member so I'm paying double what the basic customer is and during this virus, I'm not getting my benefits of being able to go into the store earlier. I'm on immune suppressants and used that time to be away from everyone. I tried to get some answers on the online Help at Sam's club waited for over an hour and then I'm down to #6 and my screen went white (yes I have screenshots of the entire process I went through including the white screen). I feel like I've been treated very rudely by Sam's Club employees and not getting what I have paid for. Why would you pay $100 for the same product you could get for $50? After over 10 years I'll probably end up going to Costco which will be inconvenient for me but maybe worth it
