No fitting Room. Exchange only, no store credit. I bought a dress and they had put a hole in it w the tag gun - instead off tagging the original tag. The second dress didnt fit. Waste of $30. No cashiers either- self checkout only

Horrible. Items frequently priced higher than cost new. They removed the dressing rooms because "covid" and aren't putting them back so you can't try on clothes and can only exchange for store credit within a very small window of time. Now they've removed all but one register so it's all self-checkout with card only. It's absolutely not worth the hassle. By the way, this is a national for-profit chain thrift store owned by a private equity firm. They have been called out for routinely lying about raising money for charities. Keep that in mind before donating. There is NO community benefit - no jobs, no affordable goods, no charitable giving.Update 4/10/2024: Somehow prices are even higher. Not even worth looking.

What can I say, i like poking around thrift stores. Savers has something for everyone., clothing, electronics, artwork, and houseware items.

Prices are far too high, often higher than the original price tags still left on the items. Employees are rude at the checkout and treat every customer like a thief, specifically a young blonde, curly haired employee who has picked over my purchases every time he is there for over a year. I have been nothing but a loyal, paying customer who even donates to the store, and to have employees follow me around and flick through my items when I have not done anything to warrant such behavior is appalling. Stickers are often placed to hide damage to the item or cause damage when removed. Fitting rooms never came back after covid, and the store does not give refunds for clothes that don't fit. Bags for items, which used to be complimentary, are now being sold at the checkout. Every time I've gone to a savers since covid it's gotten worse and worse. You have lost my business, and I hope the rest of your customer base follows as well.

There is a guy who comes there a lot and waits for new racks to come out. Which is cool but he follows you around and stares at anything you grab. Plus his girlfriend works there and they both together have a reselling business. Seems pretty suspicious to me that a lot of the items that should be fair game are getting taken before even being put out.

They don’t have dressing rooms and only accept returns for store credit………also they dont have a lot of good stuff. I have heard some good things about this place and was disappointed by the selection and store policies. Also the employees need to be told that returns are for store credit only because we were told we were able to return clothes that didn’t fit.

1. You get everything in donations, why do you insist on charging for bags?2. You can’t employee people to check me out?3. Who do your proceeds even benefit?4. Some prices are good but the clothing can be bought cheaper NEW at Ross or Burlington. And I am paying THESE prices for donated items??????????

I found a stuffed animal tag priced 2.99. I went to self check out with my cart full of other items to purchase and the manager approached me grabbed this stuffed animal ripped the tag off and said that it had been priced wrong and that she would charge me 5.99. I was completely appalled. I said I wasn't paying that price. I will pay what the Tag says. And she says some employees are wrongly pricing items and that I should pay the difference for their mistake. When I asked to speak with another manager she refused to get one. It was absolutely ridiculous and took 20 minutes away from a very busy day arguing with this uneducated employee. Not to mention embarrassing. I will never shop this store again. They should teach their employees better. Not blame the customer!!I have never been treated like this. Terrible.

I have always like shopping here . Parking lot needs cameras . I had my catalyst converter stolen from my car while I was shopping. I am afraid to go back to the store now.

On The Hook Fish and Chips are delicious. I try to stop in the parking whenever the big blue truck is parked. Try it and you'll be hooked.

Lots of good clothes choices, problem is can’t try them on which is too much of a hassle. So unfortunately put back what I thought might have fit and left because I didn’t want to spend $10 take it home and try on with the possibility of having to return it! Bring back changing rooms please !!

They have a huge selection of clothing items. Once you start shopping, you find out why. They don’t have fitting rooms and their return policy only allows for exchanges if things don’t fit. This might be fine if their prices were even lower than other thrift stores in the area, but they’re average at best. I understand the concerns of theft, but as a customer I can’t purchase items I could only exchange for other items if they don’t fit. That’s ridiculous.

Prices are high and they literally sell trash. A friend bought a plastic bag with a disposable spoon, panda express chopsticks and cheap essentials for 5 dollars so she could have the rubber spatula that it contained. But I guess if someone is willing to buy it then why not sell it.

I would like to know why I am not able to try on clothes and then on top of it not able to get a refund nor store credit for something I'm unable to try on at the store. If I'm not able to have a store credit nor a refund then this is a problem with the store because of the fact of you do not offer a way to try on the clothes that you sell.

Savers is always clean and fairly well organized. It doesn't have that musty thrift store smell a lot of thrift stores have. They are higher priced than some places though, so be strategic in what you pick. Customer service is good. I found two identical baskets tonight, one priced $3 and one priced $4. I showed the clerk at the register and he was very willing to charge the lower price on each one.
