I recently experienced a significant loss in my family, and during this difficult time, one of my best friends sent me the most stunning flower arrangement from our local flower shop. I was randomly blessed with a beautiful bouquet while at my job from this florist. The gorgeous flowers brightened my day. The arrangement was stunning. Flowers fresh. I got to see the iris bloom over the multiple days I’ve had them.

Sue was amazing!!! I called 30 minutes before closing to see how quickly I could get flowers delivered to a friend who received bad news. Not only was Sue helpful and sweet she offered to deliver the flowers tonight ON HER WAY HOME. She worked with me to describe everything she had available and helped me pick something fabulous. She texted me a picture so I would know what the arrangement looked like and even gave me a last minute discount. I could not have asked for better customer service and the flowers were gorgeous.

I have received a lot of flowers in my life but NEVER like the multiple bouquets from Shackelford Botanical Designs. Such an unbelievable mixture of unique flowers! BIG, BOLD and BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Ordered flowers on Friday for a Saturday delivery. They were never received. Today I see a refund from them. No call, no email saying they were not able to deliver. This caused me to look like I forgot a very good friend’s 60th birthday. I always try to find a local florist instead of using one of the online shops but this has me doubting my decision. Very disappointing!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Their store also has a TON of seasonal trinkets and decorations for the home. It would be a great place to buy gifts also—we bought one while we were in store planning designs for my wedding! Excited to see what they drum up, but the prices seem very fair and it is nice to support a mom-and-pop local shop!

Outstanding Florist! John is an amazing floral designer. He did the floral arrangements for my son's rehearsal dinner. I gave him a few pictures for inspiration and he absolutely nailed it! The centerpieces were elegant and classy, just exactly what we wanted. His floral design really tied the entire vibe that we were looking for together. He is super easy to work with and will work with whatever budget you give him. I highly recommend using John for all of your floral needs!

Beautiful flowers, great conversation and a history lesson, what more could you want?I was having my car worked on just a few doors down so I stopped in to poke around. I told John I was just passing by and didn't need a bouquet. He told me to pick out a few flowers and he'd take care of me. Boy did he! I picked out a couple daisies and then he we went to work making one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen!I'm new to town, so while arranging we chatted about the area, my recent move, and he filled me in on everywhere to go and everything to do in the north land.Just a fantastic experience. I can't wait for my next oil change :-)

Anytime we have needed flowers delivered in NKC we call Connie @Shackelford. I know I don’t have to worry if it will look beautiful and be taken care of, because Connie always makes sure to go OVER what is expected of her. Thank You Connie for all your care of our orders???

I was an out-of-town bride that had flowers ordered by family for my wedding. The arrangements were mainly white roses and they were stunning! I didn't even know what they'd look like but Shackelford is who my local family always uses so I told my aunt that whatever arrangements she wanted made would be fine. The arrangements were timeless and elegant and just the right amount, not overwhelming - just simply beautiful!!!(I didn't get my bouquet here as I wanted something really specific and had found a place to make it before I'd even known my aunt wanted to get flowers from here)
