My wife placed an order in this store 5 months ago. She stopped in the store and also called them several times to check on the status (they never took any initiative to reach out to her). One time she called they actually said they didn't know if they had received it yet! Hello! Can you check, it's not like the store is the size of Nebraska Furniture. After all these months it turns out the person the store contacted (local Juliska rep) to place the order, never entered it. At that point my wife just decided to cancel the order. They wouldn't accept the cancellation and give her a refund. I turned 55 yesterday, this is the first time I've posted a negative comment about any place of business.
