I used my debit card at the pump for $7.50 just to get home and it charged me $57.50. Most gas stations the $50 falls off with in minutes. It's been almost 12 hours and.im still missing my $50. Where is my money? Who's using it this long? I will never use a place that screws people over like this!! No excuses Where is my MONEY!!!

Disheartening Experience at RS Shell
I’ve been a loyal customer of RS Shell for over seven years, but my recent experience on September 18th has left me quite disappointed.
Around 6:45 PM, I was at the front of the line when the register froze. While waiting with another customer, I politely asked a man if he could retrieve an item for me from behind the glass to speed things up for everyone. Instead, an African American woman with long braids suddenly yelled at me to just wait for the register to reset. Her loud outburst drew attention from other customers, and I felt embarrassed and shocked, especially after a long day of work and caring for my children.
The next day, I returned hoping to address my concerns directly. The same woman was working, and when I asked for her name because I was unhappy with how I had been treated, she smiled and claimed not to remember our conversation, dismissing my feelings entirely.
I believe it’s crucial for businesses to foster a respectful environment for all patrons. I hope my feedback helps encourage better communication and conflict resolution among staff in the future.
My Experience at RS Shell

Around 6:45 PM, I entered the gas station and found the register frozen, causing a delay for the customers in line. I was at the front with an Arab man and an African American woman. After waiting for some time, I politely asked the Arab man if he could help me retrieve an item from behind the glass, hoping to expedite the process for everyone waiting behind us.
To my surprise, the African American woman with long braids and lashes suddenly screamed at me, telling me to just wait for the register to reset. Her loud outburst drew the attention of several customers behind me, and I felt utterly embarrassed and shocked. It was disheartening to be publicly scolded, especially after a long day of work, school, and caring for my children.
The following day, I returned to the RS Shell, hoping to discuss my concerns with her directly. When I approached the checkout line, the same woman was working again. The Arab/Mexican man who had been there the previous day recognized me and asked if I was still upset, suggesting that nothing had happened, which only heightened my frustration.
When it was my turn to check out, I calmly explained to the woman that I needed her name because I was unhappy with how she had treated me. She smiled and claimed she didn’t remember our interaction, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. I reiterated what she had said, but she continued to deny ever yelling at me and refused to provide her name.
As someone who has consistently chosen RS Shell for my fuel and convenience needs, I believe businesses must create a respectful and professional atmosphere for all patrons. I hope my feedback encourages better communication and conflict resolution among staff in the future, hoping that no one else has to endure a similar experience.

On my list of places other people won't recommend to you for KC bbq that you should, in fact, try for KC bbq. Along w/ Rosedales and LCs. Oh and apparently they sell gasoline here too! Wild.
