I had Spectrum tv, WiFi, & wireless for 4 years in the KC area. Service was great. The reason for a bad review is when I cancelled with them they do billing by the month. I cancelled on the first day of my billing cycle. The rep in the store said if I called they could/would cancel my final payment. I called Spectrum and they said the rep in the store should've back dated the cancellation, and they couldn't remove the $153 charge. So I ended up paying for a full month of service even though I cancelled on the 1st day of the billing cycle. And the rep in the store either lied to me or didn't know what they were talking about.

The service is overcharged & usually down or out several days. Whenever there is an issue, it's always a speculation on the time frame to get it restored. The customers have to call them requesting credit regarding their outage they knew about. It's always pennies on the dollar and never balances out. If you're considering the service and work from home; beware! You'll may waste more time and money because they are not dependable.

We loved the teachers!! We sent our infant daughter here for 8 months before we moved out of state. We had a wonderful experience and so happy we found Spectrum. They do so many fun activities with the kids throughout the year and the teachers LOVE the kids. We searched around the Northland for childcare and I am so happy we chose to send our daughter to Spectrum.

Today we worked with Nick and UniQue. They were both amazing- they were able to answer all our question, very helpful and friendly. We've had issues before with in-store associates and CS 800 # so we came in already extremely frustrated. So happy they changed our experience, we will be back!

Any company who's voice command customer representative tells you to go online for answers to your questions about not having a signal can be sliced with a paper plate as far as I'm concerned. Spectrum is the Cricket Cellular of internet. They have no incentive to be good. They own the respective zip code they service and no other provider can get in so they are the only game in town, as it is with the other consumer monopolizing vultures of the internet communications service industry. They let you bundle your crappy cell phone service and crappy internet for a savings of about 2 days a month of lost signal. I've had shoddy service for a month and they blamed the modem that they provided me a year and a half ago. i had a lot more to rant about but the company doesn't deserve the recognition. Just suffice it to say they are literally slower than mobile hotspot provided by my phone. I do not recommend this company for internet, but if you don't have much need for connection or service technicians with relevant knowledge, then you'll love the $10 you can save. #CAPICHE #biznitch

After using spectrum business for over a year, I have had continuous problems. This last month our WiFi had not been working (after a $400 bill mind you) for over a month. I have finally canceled from this horrible business and still have $200 supposedly to pay even though our WiFi hadn't been working in over a month. Due to the lack of "work orders" from the multiple technicians that had gotten sent out to review the problems. Absolutely will never use again.

Spectrum internet constantly did not run as fast as they said they were going to run. When trying to cancel my account because we switched to AT&T fiber, it took me five different phone calls over three months. They sent multiple late notices in the mail and told me I owed them around $250.00. Finally, they were able to magically cancel it all of a sudden with no issues. Not sure how it was so easy by beginning of December and why they couldn't cancel it out long before!

Apparently, Spectrum is a "month-to-month subscription company" just like Netflix or Hulu according to their customer service reps. Being a "month-to-month subscription company" they don't pro-rate your bill if you cancel your service in the middle of the month. I had service for 9 days in the last cycle and was forced to pay for a full month. This after I've had to replace equipment due to outages and then still continued to have outages. Since I work from home, I needed reliable service and switched to another provider that offered the same service for 1/3 of Spectrum's price.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but I can't but they open on 12pm on Sundays and everyone gets in line and I'm the third one in line and they open up and without having no one sign in they take the first two customers and I wait then go up to one of the workers and tells me if I'm not signed in he can't take me.

We called to disconnect our 95 year mothers phone and spectrum NEVER turned it off but charged us a new rate 390.00 because we no longer qualified forPromotion rates. Never told us this when we called to disconnect. Also never turned phone off and still charging us. Terrible terrible customer. Go to streaming

I had Spectrum service and at the start was told about a promotional offer and the rep told me it would be good for 3 years (he lied) and then when I called in about it a year later when they raised my rates, they said they had no record. Then they offered me one additional month at the previous rate, but then lied about that and charged me the full amount. A completely dishonest company and will never do business with them again.

This company is a joke. Cable is always out. Cost is ridiculous. Same programs over and over. I am looking for another provider. Do not hook up with spectrum. Could you imagine what their phone service would be like. They can't even manage a cable company let alone a phone service provider. Had to give 1 star in order to post review but they really deserve no stars as they provide their customers with s*** service !!!!!!!!!!

Don't make the same mistake I did when canceling service, they told me last bill will be prorated and we went two days after billing cycle with there equipment and paid for the full month. Reason for canceling was slow "high-speed internet and dvr worked when it wanted. Don't recommend them at all. google fiber and streaming is the way to go

My wife and I needed emergency placement during the pandemic due to work obligations and Spectrum Station was awesome! We were a little worried because we recently moved from out of town and our children have not been around people because of COVID-19. This is including a new born. However, Spectrum Station was affordable, clean and professional.
