Stylist : KrystaThis has been in my mind since our visit to your store.A last week I brought my teenage nephew in for a haircut he had been dreading. He is a hyper aware kid and immediately picks up on things like lack of hygiene, messy mannerisms, literacy in speech pattern, Confidence/lack of confidence; so basically he has an immediate desire to walk out the door of any establishment we try out a short time after getting there. He is autistic; but on the spectrum of like super genius, socially awkward kind. Super high functioning. But never comfortable.Immediately when arriving Krysta Acknowledged us. She was both polite and professional. Her unique sense of style wouldn't be something my nephew would ever lean towards but her requested her when checking -in. From the moment she shook his hand he was a completely relaxed kid. Her confidence, her skill throughout the process, and her ability to verbally explain to him the haircut aswell gave him and myself both relief that she was fully capable, prepared and educated on what she was doingLoved ones of kids like my nephew have many obstacles when doing simple errands or tasks with kids like him. I just really appreciate her genuine interaction and her funny way of humoring him through it all. The hair it was the absolute best he's ever gotten or sat through.She didn't rush through it, and that's the service we wish we saw more of. We will be back to see her soon

I checked in to this location at 3:50 and they texted me at 4:45 and told me my sons turn. We got inside and the lady was super rude and told me they are closed. Don’t text me telling me to head inside just to tell me you won’t cut my sons hair even though there was still 15 minutes before 5!!! Never will go there again!!!

I forgot the ladies name who cut my hair but I believe it started with a c. I was nervous coming here at first because I'm used to more expensive haircuts but she did a pretty good job . I will consider coming back to her whenever I cannot get to my regular hairstylist. I just wish you guys were able to do razor neck shaves. Thanks

Absolutely infuriating experience. I asked my stylist to not cut the top too short. She proceeds to cut it WAY too short. The sides are WAY too high. I tell her “you cut it too short.” She says “oh.” I graduate tomorrow and now I have to look exactly the opposite of how I wanted to look. Thanks. Don’t come here.

I’ve been a Sportclips customer for years but I think this will become my preferred location as some of them have become impossible to get in without a wait, even with online check in which is great, by the way.This time my hair was expertly cut by MJ and I love how she did it. Made Online appointment at 624, Site said 0 wait, Arrived at 640 for appointment we set online, they turned us away because they ONLY had 2 stylist with no one else in the store but us looking to get a hair cut.2 stylist, 1 Customer with appointment, not enough people to cut our hair...math does not check out.Why allow the appointment? Employees were clearly just being lazy and did jot want to work til 7pm, their posted close time.
