It took 1.5 hours to upgrade to a new phone and turn in old phone. Friendly but not well trained staff. Had to keep checking in with manager. Generally tried to be helpful but not a good customer experience for a 15 year Sprint customer.

Neil C and Leighton W have been ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I have been with Verizon for ten years and it was the costumer experience that received at their store that make me take that lead and switch providers.

WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS. THEY DON'T LISTEN AND SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WENT TO THE SPRINT STORE ON 159TH ST. AND NEVER HAD ONE PROBLEM. MIDDLE FINGERS TO THE GOOD FOR NOTHING MANAGER
