“The fairest, most knowledgeable, kindest, and most trustworthy shop I’ve ever been to for any fix of any sort. What a delightful experience! I brought in a pair of very expensive - very heavy - speakers and my helpers dropped one on the way to get into my car. Not only did he fix the dust cover that was loose on one of the speakers, he also worked tirelessly on fixing the wood cases that had been damaged in the drop. I will be using Slice again and again and will never even think of going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won’t regret it.”

I purchased a phone at Walmart they said was affiliated with Verizon. I did not know my password they set up another account that did not work
I took it to the Verizon store where Jerry after much work and patience finally got it straightened out. He is such an asset to your company! I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and now with extreme help from Jerry I will never change. Please let him know how much he is needed and respected!

“I actually stopped in to this location just yesterday as it's literally right nearby the apartments that I live at and I had a pretty decent experience there, I just simply needed a new sim card as something went wrong with the one I had and the person that worked there took a look at my Galaxy S10 phone which is through cricket and hooked me up with what I needed.

“well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us. As far as they were concerned it was just part of customer service period and it was greatly appreciated!!”

Brennon told me that, while his store didn't carry iPhones, he did me a real solid; told me that a neighboring competitor actually did!
I've not bothered to read the rest of the reviews for this business. But in a world full of real life karens, it's hard to make a living unless people read positive things here.
