“I came into this location and there was a Hawaiian man Cena he was so very helpful he was very professional. I was surprised to find out that he wasn't the manager because he has manager qualities this location needs professional experts just like him I will be coming back he took his time and even though it was a long time to get done what I need done he was so professional with it and he was even able to help other customers while in the process of helping me not losing track not losing his temper and y'all just need more people like him”

Brennon told me that, while his store didn't carry iPhones, he did me a real solid; told me that a neighboring competitor actually did!
I've not bothered to read the rest of the reviews for this business. But in a world full of real life karens, it's hard to make a living unless people read positive things here.

“well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us. As far as they were concerned it was just part of customer service period and it was greatly appreciated!!”

“We had an issue with our bill because of a trade in that didn’t get applied. We ran up here about an hour before closing and explained our issue. We had all the necessary paperwork with all the documentation of what was done. Alexis and Heather were amazing and called up Verizon and got it all cleared up.
