“The fairest, most knowledgeable, kindest, and most trustworthy shop I’ve ever been to for any fix of any sort. What a delightful experience! I brought in a pair of very expensive - very heavy - speakers and my helpers dropped one on the way to get into my car. Not only did he fix the dust cover that was loose on one of the speakers, he also worked tirelessly on fixing the wood cases that had been damaged in the drop. I will be using Slice again and again and will never even think of going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won’t regret it.”
“I always enjoy coming here when I want a new Apple product. I went in today for an iphone 17 after doing some research online. Every worker I ran into was very polite and helpful. Dallas helped me out and was very patient and diligent while also helping other customers and employees. I never felt ignored or pressured to get anything more than what I wanted. “I came into this location and there was a Hawaiian man Cena he was so very helpful he was very professional. I was surprised to find out that he wasn't the manager because he has manager qualities this location needs professional experts just like him I will be coming back he took his time and even though it was a long time to get done what I need done he was so professional with it and he was even able to help other customers while in the process of helping me not losing track not losing his temper and y'all just need more people like him”

“I actually stopped in to this location just yesterday as it's literally right nearby the apartments that I live at and I had a pretty decent experience there, I just simply needed a new sim card as something went wrong with the one I had and the person that worked there took a look at my Galaxy S10 phone which is through cricket and hooked me up with what I needed.

Brennon told me that, while his store didn't carry iPhones, he did me a real solid; told me that a neighboring competitor actually did!
I've not bothered to read the rest of the reviews for this business. But in a world full of real life karens, it's hard to make a living unless people read positive things here.

“well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us. As far as they were concerned it was just part of customer service period and it was greatly appreciated!!”

“I'm not sure what the horrible rating of this Target location is all about. To be honest, it's a very standart Target. I've been coming to this location on and off since about 2011 and I've seen it go through several updates, the most recent probably being the addition of all the self checkout lanes which I'm a huge fan of. On my latest visit I had to make a few returns and the process was insanely easy and fast. I found the store to be clean, the employees friendly, and the selection of items available pretty standard for any Target location across the country. I do wish they carried more variety in terms of local beers since I was hoping to make this a one stop shop, but if that's the only qualm I have it's a very small one. For being the sole Target that services a huge swath of the urban KC population I think this does a great job of keeping itself stocked and clean.”
“Great customer service. I bought a mxt275 in 2021. My mic failed to power on the radio. I contacted Midland via the chat on the website. The customer service rep quickly figured out that the mic was bad and sent me a new MA275 Mic. This fixed the problem. Than you Midland”
