Absolutely no customer service. Cant answer the phone or return calls. Use this as storage for buisness. Cant conduct buisness with a company that refuses to employ customer service

Not sure what other negative reviews are about. I called to rent a unit and they met me on a Sunday to fit my schedule. They did require a confirmation 1 hour before we were suppose to meet, but since I answered when they called, the showed up and could not have been more friendly or knowledgeable.

Terrible service. The property manager doesn't keep appointments and they make cancelling a pain. I won't be using them again.

Terrible Service-The person didn't show up to the appointment to rent the unit. I had taken the day off work to rent the unit and move stuff. When I finally got the unit, the manager didn't seem familiar with her own contract. I will definitely not be using this place again.

This place sucks!!!!! If I could give a negative 5 I would. The lady in the office is so incompetent. I had my storage payment on automatic withdrawals from my bank account; but I always check to make sure all of my bills come out. So the payment usually comes out on the 5 th of every month. This time it didn't😒... So I called and asked why it didn't come out and asked if I needed th come in to pay before the 10th. 🤦â€â™€ï¸Oh no, she said. Sometimes the system just won't show it being taken out for 48 hours don't worry about it. She hold me she would manually try to take the payment again. The 8 th comes and still no payment was withdrawn. So I decided to just go in and pay the storage rent. Oh no don't pay it your payment was submitted. Your rent has been paid . I tell her I didn't see it get withdrawn from my bank. She says not to worry it was done and if there is any problems she'll call. Ok 👌ðŸ¾I say and leave. So, the 11 th comes and still nothing comes out my bank I go back and try to pay again and she says I don't have to pay and maybe the transactions are just late showing on my bank statement. THEN THE FOLLOWING MONTH I GET A LETTER SIGNED BY HER SAYING THAT I HAD NOT PAID FOR TWO MONTHS AND I NEED TO PAY FOR TWO MONTHS RENT AND LATE FEES. Now, not to mention she had told me when I went there that everything was paid and give me a confirmation for the previous month. But I think they purposely are not charging people who are on auto pay on time so they can charge late fees. Oh and I'm also filling a complaint with the bbb.

I rented a storage unit on behalf of my father when my mother died. My father made the last payment and said he'd moved out. The lady working there agreed everything was good instead of telling him that I specifically needed to write to them that I'd moved out. She waited until the next payment was due to call me and let me know that not only did I need to pay for that month, but because of a 30 move out notice requirement, I was now on the hook for another month. I feel taken advantage of, to say the least.
