Do you want the best customer service see the guy that manages this place! I used to run in a lot when I worked on my way home but I take care of my mom. The guy takes care of everyone. I'm stopping by to see him today buying a bunch of sandwiches and I'm gonna keep buying it from the sky cause he deserves it and I'm buying them all sandwiches, if you're around here, stop and say hi

Normally at Subways I get average at best service, more so leaning on the less than average. Today was different. I came in on Sunday, Dec 16th and was treated as customers should. The 2 men working at the time were perceptive, willing to help, and made sure my order was correct. They showed what was possible with Subway customer service. I will be back for sure. Thank you to the both of you.

*Sept 2023* I mobile ordered 2 footlongs using the buy one get one free footlong coupon. I arrived when the app said my order was complete. I walked into the store, and it was not on the shelf. I waited.This store made over 140+ sandwiches during the dinner rush (in addition to it being the first Chiefs game of the season.) It was explained to the customers that quite a few of the ingredients were sold out. Given that my sandwich was turkey/ham with just lettuce & mayo, I thought I'd be OK. When I got home, I opened my sandwich gleefully only to discover that there was tuna fish on it. I don't eat fish, so I ended up eating chocolate chip cookies for dinner. Thankfully, my husband ate it, and his sandwich was perfect.I understand that this is an accident and don't want any employees in trouble for this. They are underpaid and underappreciated by these capitalist big wigs who pester me to tip their employees instead of paying them a liveable wage.

Helpful and friendly staff! We don't frequent this chain, so I needed some assistance with ordering! The restaurant was clean, and all the ingredients looked fresh! ? The sa0⁰ndwich was good and perfect for a meal on the go! It wasn't crowded, so we were in and out quickly! 9

After moving to the area I went into this location twice within two months. BOTH times the staff were unbelievably rude. But it wasn't the same employees both times... So I'm really not sure what's going on at this Subway.

First of all the customer is always right for the most part. Not at this store almost $9 for a BMT when all the other subways charge around $6 for it ..they did nothing to help out the customer. I will never support this store again.rude! And filthy

We had the best experience at subway tonight. He was a true sandwich artist. He made the sandwiches just like the picture!!!! The place where the veggies and stuff were was very clean. The cleanest I’ve ever seen this place. He made sure to properly wash his hands between each person. He really was kind and thoughtful! We enjoyed our experience tonight!!

Awful customer service I use the SUBWAY® app and the gentleman that was making my SUBWAY® stated that I did not include the deal that they had that came with my sandwich poor customer service even though I showed him my order on my phone don’t go here and expect customer service.

I have been ordering kids meals from subway for 13 years and apparently today is the day they decided that the kids meal contents that clearly state “mini sub, applesauce, AND juice OR milk” actually meant you only get the mini sub and either applesauce or milk. When I explained it clearly states mini sub, applesauce, AND the drink options, they laughed and told me they know better than me and that the word OR clearly means that the child only gets applesauce OR juice or milk, so again I pointed out that the word OR was between the two drink options while the word AND was between applesauce and the drink options, clearly identifying the applesauce as being included with the sub, and the following choices after “applesauce and” being the drink options from which to choose. Again they laughed and shook their head at me like I was way too d*** to be ordering from them. All that and they didn’t give my daughter her applesauce OR a drink,… honestly it was embarrassingly awful treatment and they need to be corrected on policy - maybe they truly think that $5 is supposed to buy a tiny sandwich and not even a drink or applesauce, let alone both, but they didn’t even bother to try and figure it out or even give the bare minimum. If that is the new policy, the sign needs to be changed to say “mini sub AND applesauce, or a drink”. It may seem like a silly thing to complain about but it is truly frustrating to be laughed at and told you are mistaken when you know based on years of previous experience that it has been one way. If it has changed, the signage should change too. All in all we walked away with just a 3” mini sub with two pieces of meat on it we paid over $5 for. Complete rip off.
