Good food, music was so loud that we couldn't hear the people behind the counter.

Time was 12:24 , got out to my car at 12:45, the another 25 min writing this. This was probably one of the worst experiences ordering lunch I have ever had. 3-4 people ahead of me only ordering personal sandwiches and because if the disgruntled "Ronnie" taking the initial orders, it took close to 20 MINUTES to get out of there. Thank you for wasting most of my 45 min lunch time. After scanning the menu I made up my mind so I kept myself busy checking work emails, answering texts patiently waiting my turn. After the women in front of me had aparantly finished her order, I glanced up since I hadn't heard anything like "next in line please", or hi there, or what would you like? I found him staring straight forward out the front door. I'm looking directly at him waiting for at least eye contact....nothing. I asked the woman ahead of me but already knew the answer - maybe give him a chance to a basic part of his job- "you already ordered right?" She says oh yes, I did. So I look back to him & asked if he was ready. He says "yeah, I'm waiting for you to tell me what you want."" I said oh, I didn't know that you were ready and proceeded with my order even trying to make conversation asking if he'd tried what I was ordering. He shook his head yes. He toasts the sandwich & I'm thinking good, now maybe when it's done the gal on the other side will get me out of here faster.ALL 4 of us STILL in line are looking at our sandwiches as the cashier rings out her last person. The 5th person in line says to him My sandwich is done if you can just wrap it up. She has a friend & he then finishes her wrap.... Thinking ok, I'll be damned if people behind me are going to get out of here before me!Finally when the cashier is just finishing the 2 in front of mine decides he can make mine. I told him 3 TIMES what FOUR ingredients I wanted THE SAME PRINTED on the picture on the menu- pretty standard. He put one ingredient on at a time then would blindly stare forward waiting on me to tell him the next ingredient. I'm looking at the customers behind me who are in disbelief. The customer behind me asked Didn't you want lettuce? I stepped back over closer, looked at Ronnie and said YES i want lettuce AND THAT WOULD BE THE FOURTH TIME IVE SAID IT.Looked at the cashier and said he may need more help up here. She gives receipt and sheepishly says Sorry about your wait.I saw this pop up on my notifications so I thought I'd review my experience 2 yrs ago the way I wrote it here. Looking back like it was yesterday, I'll clarify that Ronnie #1 doesn't work there anymore, I'd assume he didn't last long lol. The flooring of the whole situation was not one customer was anywhere close to being rude, impatient or out of line with him, but literally were in shock at what was happening and I had witnessed enough of his demeanor by the time I had my turn. I'm not the fastest when saying the best most effective comments on the spot, but I wasn't afraid to call him out as to what he was doing. This kid was a complete embarrassment for the eatery. He clearly did not want to do the job & especially did not want to be courteous doing it. What he did succeed at was sharing his bad attitude enough to irritate those around him and let the business down. I've been back a few times out of necessity and service has been better, not quite an A+, but nothing like that one day.

Wow, love subway but skip this location! Grouchy service, only had wheat bread, looked like floor hadn't been swept in a week. Something wrong with culture in this location!

I have been coming to this Subway for years and always had decent service. Over the last several months I have been highly impressed with the quality of service. Jessica and Quentin are two employees I have seen regularly and they are always polite, respectful, and very efficient.

Standard subway experience. The lady servicing at the counter loaded my sub with veggies and followed all my directions but wasn't too keen on any kind of greetings.Pretty neat place though... Will not hesitate to visit again.

My husband ordered a cold cut combo with no bologna. All the other subways just pull it off. The girl that was there, says Jessica on the receipt, wouldn't do it because she didn't know which the bologna was! Maybe she needs to be retrained if she can't even tell her meats apart. He had to order a different, more expensive sandwich.

Unplug that doorbell. It went off constantly when we were there. Even when nobody was near the sensor. Very annoying, even to the employees.

I love this Subway!!! It's a typical one with just the regular everyday subs but it's the people that make it. I go twice a week and always get the same things and by the time I walk in they know what I get for that day. If the veggies don't look right they will throw them out and get the nice fresh pretty ones. I love how they ask about my disabled father and how how he is doing and they also know if I'm havinga bad day and genuinely care if I want to open up to them. They treat me like a friend and I really like that.
