As the previous reviewer stated, I left this store feeling it was almost a necessity to leave a review. The staff was quick, over the top with customer service, and the store was incredibly clean. Please give this place a chance!

A while back I had a bad experience quite Some time ago but there were different owners here. Here recently I have gone to this location a number of times and the man and woman who served me were very delightful they are very kind and have great people skills. I will be returning faithfully.

I had such a great experience today at this Subway location that I felt compelled to write a review, and I was shocked to see the poor comments. I wonder if it has gotten new management/owners recently? I highly recommend giving them another chance because it was extremely new/clean inside with the happiest, most pleasant employees (possibly managers/owners). They made me the best sub I have had at a Subway in years. Please don’t write this place off :)

Two ladies working 11/24/23 evening suck.We went there the two was playing on there phone .They seemed earatated when we asked for a sandwich. The sandwich was torn up.

Long time Subway fan at many different locations. Had a disappointing experience at this store. Ordered a footlong and asked that it be wrapped separately so I could have half now and half later. Was told I would be charged for 2 6" subs. Have never had this happen before. When I objected, I was charged for 2 anyway. Will not be back to this store

I have been a loyal customer of this subway for years, and just had the worst experience that I need to share. I placed an app pickup order. When I opened the sandwich, I noticed it had been made incorrectly. I pointed this out to the woman behind the counter who - literally - refused to remake the sandwich, argued that it was made right (double cheese is what I ordered, there was no cheese to be found). She then folded up my sandwich and handed it back to me! So rude, I just didn’t even know what to say, so I just left… I recommend Goodcents, it’s across the street.

Just getting off my military orders and I just wanted to have dinner with my mom while I'm still in town. The girl sweeping in the lobby walked directly in front of us, not saying a word, and stands behind the counter staring at us. My mom simply asks why she didn't say "hi" when we walked in. She then states we have a right not to serve you as well, then walks to the back and takes her co-worker with her, still refusing to make our food. We get the manager on the phone, Amit Choudhary, and ask him if there's anything he can do to get them to make our food? He put's the store manager on with us and she defends her employees actions to the general manager stating that my mother was acting hostile and her employee has the right not to serve my mother and I. The employees were still hiding in the back after the manager and the general manger hung up on us. We still didn't get served and decided to walk out. Right after we left another family walks in, the employees come back out, and smile while greeting them into the store. Someone needs to make a change at that location, this experience was the worst I've ever encountered.

I’m sorry for the owner that they have no better options for employeesBut your employees need to serve the customer a bit better, they said the location was not a “participating location” for couponsOrdered online and suddenly the location is participatingYour employee lied because they weren’t properly trained on how to do coupons what a joke.Just tell them to be honest and give and effort with it and if it didn’t work at least we know they tried to help

The store hours posted on the door and google maps are not what the store follows. The two women who work the mornings are very hit and miss. Sometimes they are friendlyish and other times they seem like I’m bothering them and disturbing them.

Extremely aggressive and rude. Filling this out in their parking lot the service was so bad. Made pay before my sandwich was even done. Saw bugs on the ground on the way out too.
