Very upset I placed a pick up order online the track says it was made and ready for pick up , I drive all the way to the store and all the lights are off , no one is there and there is a sign on the door that says temporarily closed do to water in store it charged my card took money and I was out of a sandwich for dinner .

The gentleman behind the counter was super sweet! He checked for the spicy dill pickle chips, which they didn't have, but he made my sandwich perfectly! It's so rare to find someone who cares about their job. If I lived closer I would visit this location so much more! I didn't catch his name but corporate and management need to give that man a raise

The food itsself was incredible. The most flavorful veggies I've had from a subway and I used to be an assistant manager at one. The customer service, however, was incredibly off putting. Anita, the employee, acted as if we were causing her an issue by ordering and she never bothered to smile or treat us like we weren't a problem to her. It's not that I'm entitled, it's that I'm schooled in the correct way to treat people and this lady didnt have it. Maybe she was having a bad day? I dont know, but its sad I can't give this location a higher rating. You make a decent amount to be someone who makes sandwiches all day. I would know. You shouldn't treat your customers as if they are an issue.

I found a strand of black hair in my sandwich and it had been soaked through with oil to the point it completely soaked through the wrapper. I called and was being as kind as I could explainjng what happened and I was hung up on :( I really do enjoy subway but this is a really upsetting experience. My sandwich was so soaked with oil that I thought it had been undercooked, the dough was just falling apart. I order and go to this subway often and usually don't have many issues but this was kinda the straw that broke the camel's back for me.

Say they don’t have turkey online but they really do. Ordered bacon, they charged me, but never gave the bacon. Been trying to call and get ahold of someone but the owner just leaves the phone on either a busy tone or just hangs up the calls. Very rude lady Anita here in the mornings. Very disappointed.

I mean it's a Subway. You tell them what you want and how to make it. If it's not right it's pretty much on you for poor communication. Subway was my first job in high school and I will ride or die Subway because just tell me all of the toppings all at once and we'll get it done right? Stop it with this one of the time nonsense.

I usually don’t like making reviews , but We went to this subway for lunch today with our kids and the lady that was working there she was really mean to us and our kids , we asked for sandwiches , while she was cutting the bread she just threw it on the table with a really bad attitude. We actually just told her we don’t want it . my husband told her if you’re going to be mean and have bad attitude with customers we’re going somewhere els and never come back here again , we just walked out with our kids went somewhere elseI hope this doesn’t happen to other customers .
