THANK YOU NICK!!! Not only was this the best sales experience I’ve had with a phone company (which is a low bar), this was the best sales experience I’ve ever had. Period. Nick was to-the-point, honest, warm, and we walked away having saved thousands of dollars switching from Verizon.

Carter was very kind and helpful upgrading my device and my new smart watch. Only down fall is this location DONT answer their phone like they are supposed too. Called for 2 days straight till day 3 someone answered at 3pm. Great place other than that!!

DONT FALL FOR PROMOTIONS! YOU ALWAYS END UP PAYING FULL RETAIL PRICE PLUS MORE!!! I PAID OVER $900 FOR A PHONE WORTH $600!!! When you go in to buy a new phone, they'll try to tell you that there is a promotion worth up to a certain amount, as in a few hundred dollars worth. So if you do the auto pay and forced insurance every month, they tell you that the promotion will be added to your monthly payments. LIES!!! I was wondering why I was still paying an extra $50 a month on this phone. So I called T mobile to just finish off the rest of the amount owed on the phone. But they told me not to because I'll still save more money in the long run with the payments. So I wait several more months. Still paying way too much. So I go to the store and they look at me dumbfounded like they had no idea what I was talking about when I told them this phone was bought with a promotion. The same promotions they advertise in store and online. The employee told me no, they always sell phones at full price. THEY STRAIGHT UP LIE TO YOUR FACE WHEN ALL THE EVIDENCE IS THERE!!! DONT GO TO T-MOBILE!! THE COMPANY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

It was Christmas Eve so it was a bit of a wait to get served. Once the associate got to us, he got our phones straightened out very quickly. Very pleased with the outcome. Will not hesitate to try them again should the need arise.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased my iPhone 14 on the release day in September and had an iPhone 12 to trade in to receive $1,000 in credit. The store employee found a small crack on my screen but said he would do a deferred trade in and I could mail it in after getting it fixed. I paid to have my screen replaced and had to message in because I never received my trade in return label via email like I was told I would. The chat rep told me there was no trade in attached to my purchase and finally after explaining and providing the trade in IMEI/info, she was able to send me a shipping return label. I mailed the trade in at UPS on Vivion & got confirmation it was delivered in October. After 2 weeks of no change to my bill or account, I msged in again & they told me they didn't have my phone in the warehouse. At the point I went back to the store who was super nice for the most part & made me think they'd get things resolved. The initial salesperson I worked with did argue with me about what happened and tried to make it seem like it was my fault the trade in didn't get attached. I forwarded the store some emails and info and was told a manager would reach out in a few days. At this point we are in November and it takes me calling the store multiple times and no one answering to me going in jsut to be told there's no one there and it'll be after the weekend that a manager calls. I then hear from the manager who assures me a solution will be figured out. He finally calls me back over a week later to tell me that they were able to confirm they received the phone but since it didn't get attached as a trade in there is nothing they can do. He told me to reach back out to the team of experts (who I have already talked to about 3-4 times at this point. I initially was told this manager would talk to the district manager & clearly that didn't happen and he never so much as tried to reach one. I was so nice and understanding for weeks that turned into months. It is January & I am have not received anything for my paid iPhone 12 Pro and I'm continuing to pay full price monthly for my iPhone 14. I've talked to a manager at the Barry Road store who is going to help me get things fixed but this store on Chouteau needs a whole reset. Debating and blaming customers who are literally losing money bc of an employees mistakes is crazy to me. Don't go here even if it's your only option.

I recently returned home from a trip to Canada where I'd purchased a temporary SIM card to use there. When I got back to the US, I was unable to open the slot on my phone to put my US SIM card back in, so my phone was basically useless. I am super reliant on my phone for Google maps, texting, etc. and nothing was working. I randomly headed south, hoping I'd eventually find my way to somewhere familiar so I could get home. I saw the T-Mobile sign from the highway and pulled in, hoping for a miracle. Derrick Walter @ this location was my miracle! He was headed off to do something when I walked in the door, but he immediately turned around and offered to help me. Even though I'm not a T-Mobile customer, he quickly was able to change out my SIM card and even had me wait a few minutes to make sure my phone system rebooted and was working before I left. I am so very thankful for Derrick's help and his kindness. If I lived in the area and needed a new phone or phone plan, I would definitely go back to his store. Thanks!!

Excellent equipment selection (phone and accessories) and other related items. The location is easy to spot from the local road and parking is proportional to the business. Employees are knowledgeable and very clear on their products.

I believe she was the manager, I didn’t get her name. She was unruly rude for no reason. She passed my boyfriend and I off to another agent when she could’ve easily handled our situation. She is a prime example of an employee you do NOT want working for your establishment. I have been with T-Mobile for 20 years and she was by far the absolute WORSE I have ever encountered in the company. What a HORRIBLE representation of a customer service representative. Anytime I have an issue I will happily drive further than this location (which is .3 miles from my home) so I don’t ever have to see her again. The male who helped us was very kind, friendly, and helpful.

Sold me phones they said the watches would be free with each phone. Total lie. I have been paying double what they signed me up for. They fail to tell you that there is a service fee and a fee for the *free* watches. The employees refuse to help and have you call the 1800 customer service number. Literally 0 help and wanna push you away after they set your bill up wrong. Do your self a favor and goto a different company.

Zach at this location is amazing. He made an experience out of buying a phone. My mom has brain cancer and even though she asks the same question over and over again because she has no memory, he had a smile the whole time. I wish I could hire him!
