Great experience, easy to work with, amazing vehicles to drive, the whole process was pressure free and easy. If you haven’t driven a Tesla you absolutely should…!

The arrogance of this dealership has been a complete disappointment. I am excited about the vehicle that I ordered but have been amazed at how Tesla treats their customers. It feels that they believe that it is the privilege of the customer to be able to do business with Tesla instead of Tesla having the privilege to have customers. Very poor experience that actually keeps getting worse not better because they do not care about customers.

I love my Tesla. The car is great. The service team here needs to be improved though. It has taken 8+ weeks to get my sales paperwork to register it in Arkansas. Now my temporary tags are expired and I cannot even drive the car I just paid 40K for.

Cybertruck stalking today. I don’t see any yet but can’t wait for deliveries! This company has the best service. Occasionally I’ll have to come in for service and always get a loaner. One time they even came to me and provided service in my driveway.

Bought a brand new Model X and had it delivered to our home. They did not do the software update and did not tell us it needed to be done. Therefore when we opened the passenger doors, falcon doors they hit the ceiling. We had this car 10 minutes pulled it in the garage and this happens. I take it to the dealership and they tried to charge us $1200.00. It took at least an hour of discussion before they opted to pay for the doors.Do I like my tesla, yes. Would I buy another one? Probably not due to the poor experience in purchasing this vehicle and poor customer service. I expect excellent customer service on a $120,000 vehicle. There are too many other nice cars to consider so please do your homework before buying a tesla and/or one at this location.

I went in to Tesla today to get my tires swapped out as they have almost no tread life left. So I requested an alignment, a tire swap, and tire balance for the vehicle. It was looking like I’d be spending a few 100$. However an hour after waiting an associate named Adam informed me that the car didn’t need an alignment as it looked perfectly fine. I told him I thought a car needed to get one after putting on new tires but he let me know that’s not the case. So thank you Adam, for helping me out and being an honest hard worker!

Garbage service. They always run days over estimated repair timelines and they'll return the car in worse condition than when you dropped it off. Scratches all over and more rattles and issues than before. They'll keep your car out of service for days and weeks at a time and offer no loaners nor will they contact you when a loaner comes available. Ironically when they tell you to expect an extended time of service, they get the car done faster than expected and then charge you vehicle storage fees and cancel your Uber credits so you have to pay out of pocket to go pick up the car. All because of their own incompetence and unwillingness to work with you. Also good luck getting in contact with them. They never pick up the phone and when you use the chat you can expect a response that answers about 25% of the questions you ask. Additionally you get a different person responding to you every time so all of the context of the conversation is lost on their end. A couple of questions that would take a simple 5 minute phone call take days to resolve (if they even do get resolved).Unfortunately the quality of the service is even lower than the build quality of the car, which is saying something because the quality of this $90,000 car is equal and maybe even worse than that of a Kia Rio.

Planning to buy a Tesla in a year or so, went to get info and actually see one close up. Not sure what went wrong but the sales guy was neither helpful or knowledgeable. Wouldn't show me a car, wouldn't leave his chair. Despite today, I still consider a model 3 my car of the future, willing to give them a second chance.

Talk about worst vehicle delivery in the world. As a new Tesla buyer I have no Idea how it runs or drives. 10 minutes is not enough time to show someone a new vehicle that your have never drove before. Self driving is a joke don't waste the $12,000. does not go 30 miles without shutting down and tell you in 5 attempts that is will shut down the self driving for good. there answers are just google it. Frustrated. thanks for nothing Kansas city tesla

Called in today to talk about payment options and delivery schedule. The lady started to speak with me as though I owned her money personally. Such a horrible personality to be handling a customer. Helped in no way whatsoever. Utter waste of my time. They feel like they own a customer just because they lock in 250 bucks!

I only had outrageously good experiences with Tesla KC. I had hit a concrete brick and it tore a hole in the underbody. Arranged on the app for a repair appointment. Sent some photos. Got an estimate. And the invoice was 200$ lower than the estimate. Clean waiting space and bathroom. Free coffee, Nespresso ☺️ and Keuriig. And Softdrinks. Can't wait to come back. Hope the car breaks down again. Well, not really.

Worst vehicle service from a dealership in my lifetime. If I could give negative five stars I would. The service reps I've dealt with either completely ignore my comments and questions and brush me off, or completely lie. It's crazy. They have not fixed my recurring slow charging issue for my 2021 Model X, which has gotten worse and worse since purchase so that it never charges at the full 48A available through our Tesla Home Charger. To make it worse, even though the technician personally told me the car was doing the slow charge error while I was there in April, the paperwork from that service shows that no error happened during service and no repair was done other than cleaning the opening where we plug in the cord. My most recent experience was even worse. This rep flat out lied to me over and over. Telling me different scenarios as to why my car was charging slowly AT THE SERVICE CENTER. He gave me one lame story the night before I picked up and then in person the next morning, gave a completely different story which he then changed 2 more times during our conversation. At the end of the day, still no repair has been made. Car still charges extremely slowly... this car was $98,000 after sales tax and licensing! I paid half that amount for my old BMW where the service was best practice industry standards. Do not buy a Tesla. I have had it in for service more than any other car I have ever owned. Even my old 1966 Ford P/U is more reliable. It's a shame that the service centers suck because the car is super comfy to drive and has great power/features.

An interesting experience to say the least. Everything is done online for the purchasing process which was nice but I do miss the human touch of buying a car. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and it's hard to complain when we are leaving in a new car!

Worst ever. I called and talked to a rep twice about referral rewards. Both times, the representative hung up on me.I referred a friend who just picked up and I got less referral rewards compared to whats stated in the tesla app so I wanted to ask. I called the KC sales center since I could not find a phone # to call.Instead of provided the next step of what I can do, the person who picked up the phone hung up on me. Rude!
